EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The primary objective of this report is to analysis the SWOT factors of Geysers
Communication Foundation. In this connection, the report analyses the interview that was
undergone and thus investigated the relevant factors to the company. The report critically

company. Further, the study examines the resources and capabilities of the concerned

Introduction
To analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and strengths on the company
named Geyser Communication, an interview process was adopted. The interview consisted of
8 number of respondents out of which seven were recorded to give a response. The roles of
the interviewees were determined as the current chairman of the company, the current
trustees of the company, the ambassador of the company as well as the donor of the same.
The duration of the personal interview was recorded to be at a minimum of 35 minutes to a
maximum of 45 minutes depending on the response time taken by different respondents. The
questions used in the interview were developed by the strategy of using an open-ended
method which asks the respondents to give definitive answers about the queries that let the
interviewer understand the required information in details. In this connection, the report tends
to specify the list of questions asked.

Identification and Evaluation of Challenges
As opined by Lewandowski, (2016), the identification and evaluation of challenges of
an organisation are recognised to turn the same into opportunities and benefits that can be
gained by any business entity. In this connection, the same is analysed for the GCF.
The features and benefits of the current offerings
The offerings of leveraging financial aids to the effectual working organisations in the
district regions of Rotorua and Taupo. The same has benefited the establishment of over five
million capital gain that is termed to last for several generations. It was also examined that an
approximate of ten million incoming pledges will be utilised for benefiting the charity
funding adhered by the company.
The resources and capabilities
Based on the interview it was analysed that the substantial resources were the
financial resource and capabilities of the company on one side and the other side, the human
resources and capabilities were recorded to be limited and weak. Hence, the informational
resources also turned out to be limited because of the limitations in human resources.
However, the supply resources were considered useful because of the merger with the local
institutions such as ToiOhomai that promotes the GCF in the localised community.
