I decide to develop new business with development of grocery shop in UK. I analyse that
in multiple streets in UK there is no grocery shops also I evaluate in the pandemic situation
grocery shops is most effective business because it provides airlessness good and services. So for
the revenue generate its effective plan. I conclude that this grocery stores name is GHS store.
Full name is grocery help service so this name easily provide information that which product I
provide to customers. I prepare from the evolution and identification of multiple essential
requirement of business budget around £70,3000.00. Also, I decide that I have to communicate
with seller who provide different type and range of grocery services. For material development.
From the evaluation of market activity one major thing which determine that people also attract
towards with the grocery stores where Ayurveda grocery products also available so this term is
also involve within business for effective marketing. Concern and communicate with different
product distributors for product availability. On the basis of initial stage I decide that I only
engage two employee one is seller who experts into customer relationship development, and one
is account management and I manage operation activity for continuously stock availability.

From the evaluation of UK multiple streets people and mainly aged people who not able
to go for buying grocery from main market because of long distance. Also, they don't have idea
for technology for online services. This specific business has power to resolve issues and
problems of multiple people who suffer problem from long distance for buying daily essential
goods.

Main aim of this business is revenue generate, after identification of pandemic situation
its one of the effective source of income.
Object to set-up business within one month with defective marketing and property buying
in UK streets areas where grocery shops available on very long distance. It's beneficial for
resolve problems of aged and people who not capable to buy goods from UK main market for the
long distance. For the expansion of this business require market demand research evaluation
towards with the grocery service, customer buying power, marketing skills, positive customer
relation for new opportunity and customer attraction development from long term.
