This reflection is completed by using Gibbs model which helps to clearly state all the
experience which they had during a specific situation. Therefore, it is define in six stages which
are as mention below:
Description:
In this presentation, I find various aspects regarding carrying the effective business
communication. Before this I didn't find familiar regarding the techniques which the business
used to present the data and information to the internal and external stakeholders but after
carrying this project I realized that it is necessary to use clear and understandable languages
which reduces the barriers in cultures (Millot, 2017). The things which I examined in this report
is that verbal and non-verbal communication play the effective role regarding presenting the
information to the employee and other members to whom the business deal is undertaken. I also
find that other people play the important role in business communication as through their
feedback and judgement in helps in improving the presenting and communication skills in better
way.
I finds that verbal communication is most effective in respect of presenting the thoughts,
ideas and information to other people as through these aspects it also helps in getting the instant
feedback regarding the services which is provided. I find it helpful in respect of improving the
communication skills through using more clear languages and also enhances the learning skills
regarding grabbing different culture views and thoughts. From my experience, I realized that
face to face communication is better channel as comparison to other but it also carries various
barriers regarding undertaking the perspective of other person in respect of sharing the ideas
(Sultana, 2016). Thus, from the above perspective, the one thing which I find interesting is
relating to carrying the business commutation network (Gibbs Reflective Cycle by Graham
Gibbs, 2020). As to share the information internally or communicate with employees, email is
the best mode to communicate with them. Similar with the case of External, organizing meeting
is the best methods to examines the new ideas and strategies regarding sharing information.

From this study, I carry the mix felling during analysing the data as communication is
effective and important in all types of modes which is adapted by business. Before evaluating the

in different way, as the limitation is only undertaken regarding using the body languages or facial
expression (Nawaz, 2017). But the focus is to be a eye contract as most of the dealing is finalized
through carrying the confidence in presenting the thoughts to others. I realized that barriers is
one of the major issues which is faced during communicating with others. As every person
belong to different caste, culture and region and thus the learning and knowledges which they
gain regarding accomplishing the work is also different. In such manner, the issues which I faced
is relating to using the clear and understandable languages which reflects the accurate thoughts
and understanding of person.
Thus, after conducting the communication, The felling which is faced I relating to be
carrying good communication skill as I mainly focused on understanding the languages of
different culture and the views regarding presenting the matters. I sometimes feel guilty that I am
not confident to present the ideas in group or also not carry the gesture regarding presenting the
thoughts (Cathro, O'Kane and Gilbertson, 2017). The results with these aspects arise regarding
not attracting the members for longer way. The feeling which I carried now is relating to be more
satisfied as hard work and learning helps in developing new skills regarding attaining the task in
right manner. I feel that motivation also helps in developing new changes as it is tough to learn
new languages but by interacting with different culture people, it feels that it is not necessary to
learn new languages but to listen them with attention and also use body gesture, helps them in
building stronger commitment to communicate with them.
Evaluation:
During an entire presentation, I evaluate that communication plays an important role to
deliver the message to each other. I enhance some skills and also learn that when an employee
working in the company, they will definitely possess good communication skills so that they
may transfer their message to others. Moreover, I also evaluate that there are two main types of
communication which are verbal and non- verbal communication. For instance, the manager
wants to communicate the new product opening to their employees and for that, manager
conduct a meeting in which they share entire detail and also wants that their employees also
share their views regarding product (Graham and Walton, 2018). This Is known as verbal
communication which I thought is one of the most important way to communicate views.

time, they did not communicate with them easily. On contrary, I also evaluated that there is a
barrier of using non verbal as a communication method such that body language, Facial
expression and Para- language (Hirsch and et.al., 2018). Additionally, I further evaluated that I
enhance my communication especially verbal skills and research skills which will also help me
in my future conducting research as well.
Conclusion:
By reflecting the previous activity, The changes which I found is that I became a good
listener and also carry the patience regarding giving reverts from the question raised in better
way. The language and also the communication skills is enhanced regarding using the different
ways to retain the interest of the employees. The negative experiences which is examined is
relating to not understanding the body gestures in right way as every sign had different meaning
or understanding and also it depends upon the people to take in which directions. Thus, most of
the times, the negative impact arise regarding understanding the matters. Thus, I feel that I need
to develop the interaction power regarding presenting the views and also had to bring innovation
at work to retain the interest in better perspective.

part of non verbal communication. Therefore, in this way both method of communication may
easily use and also balance the situation as well.
Action Plan:
During an entire session, I enhance knowledge and also raise my verbal and written
communication. But in future when I conduct the same presentation, I make sure that I will work
in a group of 3-4 person because they all provide their views which help us to complete the
project and this in turn also assist me to present the work in more better way (Cottrell, 2017). Or
else, I also think that in future, I will also divide the entire work among my team and delegate
responsibility as per team member's specialty. Therefore, in this way I will be more confident
that my work will be easily completed and I also deliver the presentation in more innovative
way. Additionally, I make sure that I posses strong skills related to leadership and also ask others
whether they face any challenge or not. Hence, in future I will present my work in more effective
manner and also want best results by enhancing current communication and research skills.
