INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is used by the individual for learning from a particular personalised
and practical experience. From perspective of reflective writing persons try to write some
essential skills that are carried out for performing some particular activities. In this model,
reflective report is generated to perform all task by considering actions that are practical to
implement (Brous, 2017). From perspective of this reflective research, analytical and critical
thinking, writing a cover letter, SOWT and CV will be included in this report. This all aspects
are related with model of Gibb's reflective cycle to understand respond and importance of
individuals.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on learning
Gibbs reflective cycle was given by American sociologist Graham Gibbs in 1988.Gibbs
reflective cycle determines the experiences in a systematic way during a specific situation. The
reflection cycle makes the person thinks about the experiences and feelings. The positive and
negative impact of the experiences and things and they can learn from it and can take the action
plan according to it. It refers to a practice based learning. Gibbs reflection cycle can be explained
in six step that are:

In context to an individual in different stages the model can be explained as:
Description- In this stage an individual can determine the answers of question that arises
with work like what happened, when it occurred, who was there at that time. In this stage no
conclusion can be drawn by the individual (Dressler and et. al, 2018). This is the where
individual can determine the situation in detail. According to the descriptive stage, an individual
identify and set action that are happened with motive of understanding and analysing perspective
that is related with critical and analytical thinking. Persons perform their work according to skills

through which work is manage and controlled that define task are managed and implemented by
me with focusing on point towards relevant idea. Through develop of effective skills this is
identified task are managed and controlled by completion of task that are used for understanding
about relevant data. Therefore, my analytical skills identify all persons considered to improve
and generate results which point towards improvement in self-analysis because it helps me in
completion of all task through which work is managed and controlled according to decided skills
(Irwanto, Rohaeti and Suyanta, 2017). Along with this all improvements are developed through
performing and managing work that aids towards accomplish of achieving success. With this I
am focused towards development of behaviour that improve my thinking skills. By assisting all
task it is identified that my career is also improved through analysis of improving and managing
work that aids towards development of analytical skills in order to observe thinking and
analysing learning all perspective which is used for developing better results for completion of
task in an organised manner.
Feelings- After analysing the situation in detail the step in cycle is feelings in which an
individual can explore the feelings and thoughts that was there at the time of experience. The
thoughts and feelings can be determining the answers of the question like what were you feeling
during the situation, what do you think about the situation now. With complete of describe stage,
thoughts and feelings are shared with experience of individual benefit and it identify all task that
are assist to complete for managing work according to individual feelings. With understand of
feeling stage other individuals as well as me both are focused that minimise the number of
question at time of performing work with motive of completing task according to decided time.
With thinking at that time, impact on values, belief and emotion all individuals are focused
towards similar aspects of learning (Jatmiko and et. al., 2018). Along with this feeling discussion
about emotions it is analysed all persons are triggered towards focusing on areas that are honest
to be covered. All person analysed and interpret about different thoughts so I am focused that my
cover letter is designed according to task that are interpreted towards accomplish of success
factors which analyse about personal and professional learning. This also refers that my cover
letter promote and improve advance aspects that make sustained results to perform work with
better efficiency.
Evaluation- In evaluation an individual can determine how and what things worked and
not worked during the situation and experience. Evaluation can be analysed by answering the

CV(curriculum vitae) is detailed document in which academic and professional skills of a
candidate is mentioned. CV basically includes the skills, personal information, background,
qualification,work and experience,awards and achievements and scholarships are mentioned. CV
of the candidate is generally asked when applying for a job or a opportunity (Lambrecht,
Sweeney and Detweiler, 2020). CV should be specific and all the information that are mentioned
should true and accurate. The sequence of CV is considered with action that include Name,
Contact information, Work experience, Qualifications, Awards and achievements, Certificate, Co
curricular activities, Personal information, Backgrounds, Strengths and weakness and Interests
and hobbies There are different steps are related with Gibb's reflective cycle and it is used by me
to perform all task with focusing on positive and negative aspects that perform work in a positive
manner. By generating contribution with all factors that is related with CV and SWOT define in
managing work which aids to analyse and understand about all situations and conditions that are
clear for performing actions with motive of determining clear aspects as it aids to achieve
sustainability with this all work is managed with proper evaluation. This is also analysed that
aids for completion of task according to aspects that make teams more effective. CV writing is
undertake by me and it helps for completion of task with understand of all period. On the other
side, CV is evaluated to manage all task by which work-quality is based with a period of instance
that focus on completing work with accurate time basis.
Analysis: Analysis refers to the process of breaking a complex topic or substance in to
the smaller parts in order to get the better understanding of it. It includes situations of sense that
is what happened while using several formative theories. Individuals are responsible for
answering some questions such as how theory explains as what is happened, how their
experience is while explaining theory and comparing it to other literature, is there are others
ways for responding to it and many more (Markkanen and et. al., 2020). This is the aspect from
which I have analysed various conditions, situations and models to get the better understanding
of them. In this I have enhanced my summarizing skills as I have analysed swot to get the better
understanding about this tool, with this favourable outcomes is developed in a systematic
manner. it is consist of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. With the help of this analysis
I came to know about my strength as this gives light on the some hidden factors that have come
up as my strength. For example I have a good interactive skills that supports me to adjust in the

dynamic and complex environment. Along with this I came to know about my hidden strength
which is that I can easily influence people and can solve the problems in any situations. Swot
analysis help me to better know about my self as it provides the light on my insights.
In addition to this, I have came to know about about my few weaknesses that could be
threat for me. As I am not good at time management this can hamper my performance and
productivity which could serve me as threat in future. Along with this my other weaknesses has
also come up such as I am aggressive that effect my relationships with friends and colleagues
that sometimes makes me alone for this. This has also assist me to know about my future threat
that can be the competition to get best job position which can secure the financial terms and help
in to get the life settled (Miller, 2017). I find this analysis beneficial for me as this also tell me
about the opportunity that I can garb to face the threats in a effective manner. I have an
opportunity to develop more professional skills that could help me to improve my personality as
well as provides a growth in the future. And this will help me to face the threats and challenges
and will able to convert them in opportunity or advantages which can be used in the personal and
professional growth. In this analytical and logical framework is incudes that makes me
understand about the my internal factors which can resolve various working and personal
solutions. For this I have try to make clear and flexible understanding about the standards that
could be used various situations with the clarity. As with this rate of perfection and attentiveness
is analysed and also both get enlarged.
Conclusion- After analysing the situation the next step of reflection cycle is conclusion
in which an individual can determine what he has learn from the situation and what else could be
did to face that situation. According to Gibbs reflective cycle, there are different aspects exists
which is used for concluding all transparent and focused skills that aids towards analysis of
personal situation. Moreover, various question are identified and this is used for understanding
about different areas that make perspective to learn and understand about analytical and critical
thinking skills which are learned for performing task in a better way (Oxenham, 2016).
According to my perspective all task are managed and performed through focusing on different
activities which is used in making longer results through analysing suitable and better work
policy for improving results and performance from my outputs.
Action plan- The last step of the reflection cycle is action plan in which an individual can
learn from his experience and according his skills next situations can be faced. It focuses on

learning from the situations and experiences and taking the actions by having the answers of the
question like what else can be done to face that situation again if it arises and other situation
comes. With understand of action plan an individual is focused towards sum up of all activities
that is used for identifying and improving knowledge that improve my work perspective to
complete all task with decided action (Pieper and et. al., 2020). In simple terms, action plan is
improved by me for managing and completing work through which productive results are gained
by me with completing task according to skills and roles that work to raise and improve
standards that make focus on all goals and objectives that is used to manage balance that are used
for completion of work with motive of understanding action plan. Action plan is used in
managing work through which task are aids towards completion of work in managing individual
roles properly.
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it has been concluded that reflective writing is used by the
individual to get the learning from particular personalized and practical experience. For this there
are various which used for the reflective writing, here Gibbs reflective cycle has been used to get
the better understanding about the cover letter, SWOT, and CV. This cycle influence the person
to thinks about the experience and feelings. That could have the positive and negative impact of
the experience and things for this provide support in to take actions accordingly. This includes 6
stages in this cycles that reflects the different aspects of the of the individual learning.
