what all happen and what is right and wrong in the situation, conclusion states what could be

theory and logistics management and supply chain management. At sixth week I studied

importance of business funding and types of funds. At seventh week I studied short term and
long term sources of funding and some additional sources of funding. Seventh week is like the
revision of sixth week. Then at eight week I studied HRM and important roles played by HR
manager. At ninth week I studied about business growth and types of business growth. At tenth
week I studied about how to use reflective learning for self assessment.
Stage 2- Feelings
My feelings can be described in two parts first is before attending classes and second is
after attending classes. Before taking classes I feel that how I will learn concepts clearly in an
online lectures and how will teacher make my doubts clear through online mode. After attending
the lectures I felt that my teacher make it very easy to understand each and every topic through
online mode.
Stage 3- Evaluation
The good thing which happen after attending the classes is that my concepts regarding
business and business plan get resolved and I learn that what all factors impact a new business.
Hence, these classes help me in enhancing my skills of learning. On the other hand the bad
experience about these classes is that I am unable to practice this knowledge practically. I gain
Theoretical knowledge but practically I am afraid to opt them in my project module. I tried to
contact my teacher and wants to clarify my doubts but it was tough in online classes and hence
my few concepts are unclear.
Stage 4- Analysis
The weekly classes help me to complete my CW1 assessment where I have to prepare a
business plan for London Coffee Shop. The lectures which was held online helped a lot in
solving all my doubts related to my pending project. All the things went well in online classes
and I make notes of all topics. The best experience about the lectures was that topics were easy
and teachers provide appropriate time to cover each topic so that no student will remain unclear
about their doubts. Secondly, I also get to know that how these theoretical knowledge should be
implemented within real life. For example in week 1st I leant about entrepreneurship where I
learn all required skills and qualities of a entrepreneur. Hence, this will help me to focus
especially on those skills and become a successful entrepreneur in my life. Secondly in the 3rd
week I learnt about business plan and how to structured a business plan which is one of the most
long term sources of funding and some additional sources of funding. Seventh week is like the
revision of sixth week. Then at eight week I studied HRM and important roles played by HR

important requirement for my project. This also helps me in my personal life where I can
develop a business plan for my chosen business.
Stage 5- Conclusion
I have learnt many things from this weekly classes such as at the first week I learnt
importance of entrepreneurship and qualities of a good entrepreneur, steps to start a business and
the factors of motivation for entrepreneurs. At second week I learnt about difference between
opportunity and entrepreneur idea and few of the best techniques to generate idea. At 3rd week I
learnt about problems faced by an entrepreneur in developing a business plan like lack of
knowledge in all required aspects and many others and in the same week I learnt the steps
required to make a effective business plan. At the 4th week I learnt about how to do market
research and how marketing mix will help the business to grow well. At 5th week I learnt about
advantage and disadvantage of supply chain management. 6thand 7th week I learnt about
requirements of venture funding, the types of equity funds, difference between long term finance
and short term finance. At 8th week I learnt about difference between team and group, HRM and
their specific roles. At 9th week I learned about how to measure business growth and types of
business growth like internal and external. At the last week I learnt about reflection and how I
will use it to measure my performance and make corrective measures to enhance my personal
skills. The Gibbs model which I am using in this module is also a part of my 9th week learning.
The all lectures which I have attended online could be more positive and better in case they will
help offline which further helps to gain practical knowledge by performing some activities on
entrepreneurship. The most important skill which I need to develop during this module is
learning skill, presentation skill and decision making skill. I learn many concepts through this
online classes henceI gain the skills of quick learning. Presentation skill is important because it
helps in presenting a report or project file in a better way. By attending all these classes I get to
know the sequence of my project of business plan for London Coffee Shop. At the end decision
making skill is also enhanced by this module because in online classes I learn many ways and
types of business plan but I have to choose only one business plan for my project which I will
choose according to aims and objectives of the company.
Stage 6- Action plan
In case same lectures will be repeated in class then I will revise my topics again and I can
make modifications in my in my weekly learning log. I also face few problems and issues in few

weeks like in 2nd week I am unable to differentiate between opportunity and idea. I contacted my
teacher personally for clearing my doubt after the class and she helped me by providing few
good examples to differentiate between both. At 7th week my teacher only discussed the types of
equity funds but I required knowledge of some other types of funds. Hence, I asked my teacher
to provide me the sources so that I will collect information about external sources of funding.
Conclusion
From the above information it is clearly concluded that Gibbs model is used for self reflection
