INTRODUCTION
Reflection is crucial for developing professional development and providing new and
experienced self-assessment with a better understanding of employability and professional skills.
A reflection is concept presentation of practical self-assessment consists of evaluating core skills
that are reflective of areas where people have reflective growth and development. It is also useful
to describe actions that should be taken by people who do not want to learn in their own way. In
addition, a significant amount of focus in operations and the appropriate direction of activities
will contribute to the development of the necessary skills (Gibbs, 2020). In addition, it depends
on practice and ideas that can be used to develop skills and experience. In addition, the report
includes an often excellent presentation that builds on a learning approach, including various
skills that will lead to exploitation and personal development that will lead to growth in the ever-
changing nature of the business environment with the development of the employability skills. In
addition, the report will tend to have relevant work-related skills, such as communication,
research skills, teamwork, and time management, problem solving skills and the ITC skills, and

The Gibbs model
The Gibbs model promotes effective development and skill development in solving large
problems. In this context, it is with the help of a VARK survey-it is worth looking at personal
development and practices that will be useful to do with the help of my professional skills. As a
leader in an organization, I have to keep an eye on it and work effectively with my colleagues,
and because of this, I have been through a lot and faced various challenges. As a result, I have
gained a comprehensive experience that can be useful for me, in terms of improving my skills
and knowledge. As I am pursuing towards my professional development there is need to
developed certain employability skills for gaining the success in the professional development.
Some of the important steps that will be discussed are as follows:
Description:
In any case, the person to identify and correctly describe the situation, events and actions,
without finding the plot. This raises a number of unresolved questions, such as what happened,
who was involved, what you did with other methods, and the results of the measures taken. This

is so true that my colleagues and I are working on a similar project, and this will affect a
company that has serious developments in key areas of stress. In this regard, I will go through a
few steps, and you will need to improve your skills by performing various activities based on
skill and ability (Bass and et. al., 2020). In this regard, during various activities, I will need to
identify and successfully on behalf of the relevant skills and knowledge to go through the
process of creating my series and say what I should do to improve my numeracy and ICT skills,
since I am not able to gather some useful facts about the program and how to identify all the
possible risks associated with it. In addition, it will lead to success in analyzing the development
of knowledge and skills, a well-developed, VARK questionnaire, as well as a description of the
main activities, and in connection with the selection and improvement of knowledge and skills
necessary for effective development and instructions from my superiors about the degree of
involvement in other programs, as well as for obtaining appropriate training for future
performers. In this regard, after reflection, I should take steps to properly assess whether I have
the right communication, analytical skills and the self management as it easier for me to work
with other people to have the appropriate strength to get to work without dealing with a lot of
misunderstandings.
Feelings:
This step will describe the feelings and emotions that are important in organizing an
event, as well as key goals, including the necessary emotions at the party, looking back on the
situation, and often you can express your right to these feelings. I am working to ensure that the
impact of maintaining contact with my colleagues and other colleagues, many of whom are my
primary responsibility for identifying appropriate performance requirements due to the need to
provide guidance and support to complete all work completed over a given time period, is
prominent in this project (Kamaruddin and et. al., 2020). For achieving this goals I need to
developed effective networking and teamwork skills as these are crucial for the professional
development while working in a team. In this regard, I need to get permission from the people I
work with and ask them to do things according to their level of motivation. Also, I feel that I am
wrong in keeping in mind that most team members in their efforts monitor the group's
performance in terms of achieving goals and objectives by providing the necessary information
to improve disagreements between team members and team members.
Evaluation:

This section effectively shows an accurate assessment of an outstanding performance, experience
and effectiveness of a successful performance, appropriate evaluation of the event, and attention
for a great contribution. Obviously, the main thing in it is the rights to copy the full potential of
their data and information, which my colleagues successfully use to create an environment that
looks good. In addition, due to my research skills and improving work in the ICT skills, I face
several challenges in terms of my ability to anticipate, and design often loses interest in the
people I work with to succeed (Ochoa and McDonald, 2020). (Zhang, Thomas and Penfold,
2020). In addition, I have learned that my communication and problem-solving skills are very
good at ensuring that a project runs smoothly, thanks to the understanding and support of my
ethicists in achieving great goals and objectives over time. In this regard, leads to a view for
which I am really able to work as a team due to good team working, time management skills
that can be good for me in terms of managing and achieving my goals, for my colleagues that
help keep things clear in my mind, and expect them to take effective action.
Analysis:
This section is dedicated to the practical analysis and evaluation of all works, identifying
positive and negative results, as well as positive results obtained by a person. After analyzing the
overall situation, it was considered that my communication or interpersonal and problem-
solving skills were excellent team work skills, as well as self-management and time
management being useful for completing all activities within a certain period of time, and could
also lead to good deeds related to project management and the future of the project. Moreover,
now I am continuously working on adhering maximum use of the ITC skills in order to gain
more knowledge of these skills for the better development. Consistent with this, the unusual
effectiveness of communication consists in trusting and trusting people that I can help in the
business in terms of staying on for a long period of time. Accordingly, I believe that the work of
my team is also used to provide the necessary information to other members of the group, in
terms of building faith, trust, and effective communication.
Conclusion:
After conducting an effective analysis of important information, it is analyzed that there
are many different skills that will be useful to provide exceptional information and effective
knowledge about the different types of the employability skills which are critical for the
continuing professional development of an individual in his/ her professional development

(Mulryan-Kyne, 2020). This is also analyzed those those who are able to listen, it is useful for
employees, the tendency to be adequate in relation to the actual work. In addition, it is analyzed
that there are many different skills, such as mine, and also considering ICT and research, which
are not very good real-time development, and also because of this, I am more competent in terms
of developing a future task, and these skills will be useful in analyzing future potential risk for an
effective planning process.
Action plan:
 In order to improve the research and the use of ICT skills by adhering the crucial support
which is critical for the manager and supervisors in having a sound development within
the 3 months.
 To developed all these skills which will be essential for me by accepting significant
feedback from the tutor, top level management for assuring the smooth development of
the ICT and the research project along with the development of the networking and team
work skills (Gratton and Gratton, 2020).
 I have to attend the various mini workshop, seminar and the training for improving the
skills which is critical useful for me for the development of the employability skills and
for the continuing professional development.

CONCLUSION
Taking into account the above discussions, it was summarised that it is important and
requires developing skills that are useful in relation to growth and development practices,
because this will be beneficial for the development of employability skills, given the importance
of steps that will be useful to achieve effective development of the company. In light of this, it
will be beneficial for the student in terms of developing effective analysis in relation to leading
the growth and development of divisions in the direction of our personal and professional
development. In this reflective framework the Gibbs reflexive model from the point of view of
analysis, as well as a good level of development, in relation to the success factor.
