Reflection is crucial for developing professional development and providing new and
experienced self-assessment with a better understanding of employability and professional skills.
A reflection is concept presentation of practical self-assessment consists of evaluating core skills
that are reflective of areas where people have reflective growth and development. It is also useful
to describe actions that should be taken by people who do not want to learn in their own way. In

performance in terms of achieving goals and objectives by providing the necessary information

This section effectively shows an accurate assessment of an outstanding performance, experience

my team is also used to provide the necessary information to other members of the group, in
terms of building faith, trust, and effective communication.
Conclusion:

effective planning process.

In order to improve the research and the use of ICT skills by adhering the crucial support
which is critical for the manager and supervisors in having a sound development within
the 3 months.
To developed all these skills which will be essential for me by accepting significant
feedback from the tutor, top level management for assuring the smooth development of
the ICT and the research project along with the development of the networking and team
work skills (Gratton and Gratton, 2020).
I have to attend the various mini workshop, seminar and the training for improving the
skills which is critical useful for me for the development of the employability skills and
for the continuing professional development.

CONCLUSION
Taking into account the above discussions, it was summarised that it is important and
requires developing skills that are useful in relation to growth and development practices,
because this will be beneficial for the development of employability skills, given the importance
of steps that will be useful to achieve effective development of the company. In light of this, it
