INTRODUCTION
Reflective approach of learning related to those approach under which the person has express
their past experience so that the work of the learning can be take place in their personality. It is
one of those method of the learning under which the learner has used any established model of
reflection and provide their personal views and suggestions ion any topic or the area. It is
common for any person to make mistake in their life and faced extensive problems sue to this but
the important part is that they have to learn from their mistakes because the mistakes has
potential to teach effective lessons. Reflective approach of the learning enables the person to go
through the mistakes which they have made in their past life again and makes the able to use
them in their process of learning. Reflective approach of the learning is one of the important and
modern approach which is very familiar due to their higher results. This report provided brief
discussion related to Gibb’s model of reflection and also the description related to the concept of
Feedback and feedforward and their practical applicability.

provides opportunity and knowledge to the individual due to which they can use in their journey

At the time when the professor has told us to learn and understand the Gibb’s model of
reflection, the feeling of fear and anxiety are developed in my personality. The main reason for
the development of this negative feeling is that the topic was very new and we never learn such
type of thing in our life. But when I started this project, all the things starting to be clear which
increases my level of confidence.
There are different dimensions are present in this topic or the area and I analyse both
positive and negative aspect of this project. This helps me to develop considerable judgement
about the topic and also the effective thinking (Goh, 2019). The positive part of this model is that
it helps the person to develop skills of reflection in their personality which enables them to
improve their learning process. The negative part of this model is that it promotes the informal
way of writing which is not suitable for the career path of the individual if they are in excessive
level.
One of the positive side of this project that it helps to increase the level of confidence in
my personality and also helps to express the personal view on any situation. This helps me to
become great and effective scholar of the market which are having extensive knowledge of the
market. The bad part of this model is that it creates the thinking of informal in the personality of
the individual which is not superior for the merits.
There are many reason for the learning and development of this model in my personality
because it helps me to become more competitive in my life which has solve the problems by
their modern solution. The ultimate reason for the understanding of this model in my personality
is that it helps to increase my knowledge of learning which helps to make my career effective
and valuable in the future because the scope of reflective learning is very high in the future.

of the important tool which promotes the level of motivation and loyalty. It is one of the best
