The present report is based on undertaking the practice of corporate social responsibility
that is inclusive of challenges that aids to meet out the current business environment.
Furthermore, study will be based on employability and study skill that relates with
communication skills verbal and written, Research skills, use of ICT, Team work, time and self
management and problem solving skills etc.
MAIN BODY
Reflection with use of Gibbs reflective cycle.
Gibbs reflective model termed out as to describe about the feelings, evaluation, analysis
and conclusion (Smith and Roberts, 2015). Therefore, this will be outlined in following context
as are-
Description- I have developed my core understanding by working towards to implementation of
Corporate social responsibility in working practices within enterprise. In terms to implement the
approach of CSR effectively, I divided the whole task in the grouped manner. So, I have created
the groups and distribute the task to each person accordingly. In the implementation process I
have faced wide range of difficulties. Some from us are good in communication some has
effective problem solving skills. Lacking of skill has created the huge hurdle in accomplishing
the desired objectives. Being the leader of the team, I have undertaken the depth research on
execution of CSR approach in enterprise and this led to improve my research skills. We were 7
members in the group. At first, I was bit nervous but after I tried to make interaction with every
one and this helped me to boosting up my confidence skill. I was having the depth knowledge
about the practices of CSR that how this affect the working of enterprise and its impact on
profitability and productivity level ( Dhaliwal, Singh and Singh, 2017). Thus, I got to know that
my research skill was effective. Also, I have used internet in order to undertake some research on
CSR and its ethical implication. It has helped me to carry out the whole implementation effective
and helped to enhanced my knowledge as well.

Feelings- For the first, I was shocking and uncomfortable. I felt frustrated as this was huge
responsibility. On the initial stage, I was lack with the knowledge of CSR implementation. So, I
felt hesitated and so I took the responsibility to develop my core skills on undertaking research
on CSR implementation. At this stage, I was having mixed feeling of being happy and sad at the
same moment. As a lot of work towards the implementation was pending (Sekarwinahyu,
Rustaman and Riandi, 2019,). I was happy that I have divided the whole work into smaller
section and this has helped me to conduct the other things in well defined time and in effective
manner. To get the work done effectively, I must have used communication skills and this help
me to undertake the working practices in effective and efficient mode. To identify the impact of
CSR I have undertaken the depth analysis on practices and this led me to get the things in proper
manner. Due to this, I have found out that communication is the essence of management. This
has helped me to bring out the smooth and cordial relationship among the team members. With
help of this, I enhanced my communication skills. This has helped me to improve my core skills
and I have conducted the things in effective and efficient manner. Besides that, I gained
knowledge about various kind of communication that is verbal and written. So, at the initial level
this was difficult for me to undertake search on internet. Furthermore, I took the help of my
friend in gathering the data. It resulted in improving my research skill and use the key words so
that depth information on topic can be gathered.
Evaluation- At this, I have encountered with the bad and good experience with the execution of
CSR practices. I have identified that my communication skill was not effective and this has
affected the all over working scenario. Due to improper coordination, I have encountered with
the varied things that has created the issues in the execution process of CSR (.Sekarwinahyu,
Rustaman and Riandi, 2019,). Some of my team member was lack with the knowledge of CSR
so I have developed their research skill. It helps me to undertake the task in effective and
efficient manner. Also, I have found out that the thins did not get the work as this was assumed
and this has been found out that overall time plan of the group get failed. This has become the
major issue. In order to cope up with this situation, I set the deadlines to each task and this has
helped me to carry out task as per the assigned deadline. Thus, implementation of CSR has
sharpened my skills and I able to conduct the task in less time. Looking back I feel proud to
found out that that I am feeling satisfied that we decided to put in the work. Thus, tow of the
people from the group has some other work for that but they cancelled the plan and motivated all

of us to carry out the performance in well manner. Therefore, the overall time plan of the group
worked well and this has also helped me to carry out the group activities in proficient manner.
Analysis- At this phase, I have realized that my decision of initial division of work went well and
this help me to conduct the task in effective manner. The one of the best decision I have taken is
that I have allotted the task as per the capabilities of individuals. Also, I came to know that my
communication, problem solving skill get enhanced and this also has helped me to conduct the
task in effective manner. I have experienced that working in the division manner aids to carry out
the task in proficient manner. This implementation of CSR helped me to enhance my
communication, problem solving, time management and use of ICT (.Sekarwinahyu, Rustaman
and Riandi, 2019,). I really enjoy working in this area as this match with areas in which I have
core interest. The one of the difficulty, I have faced was the team working and this has impact the
all over scenario. With the use of Belbin team roles the whole things can be conducted in better
manner and this led to carry out the things systematically. This is step that has given me a chance
to analyse that what has happened. Thus, another barrier I have faced in this group activity is that
I have faced with cultural and language barriers. To deliver the quality practices and to use CSR
approach this was crucial to improve the communication issue and to conduct the task in better
and effective manner.
Conclusion- At this stage, I have realised that to carry out the implementation of CSR effectively
this is crucial to divide the task among individuals. This can be one of the effective way to carry
out the things in systematically manner. In addition to this, I concluded that I wrote the report
and this led me to know about the two ways of written type such as formal and informal. This
has provided me to enhance my knowledge that how to communicate in formal manner.
Therefore, I interact with the team members in informal manner and this enhanced my core
understanding relate to topic of CSR as I get new ideas about undertaking the practices of CSR.
Thus, this implementation has enhanced the knowledge of core skills such as verbal as well
formal communication. With the implementation of CSR I have found out that how CSR
practices affects the organisational productivity and profitability. Also, I have analysed that time
management plays the crucial role to carry out the whole process in systematically mode. I have
also got the chance to enhance my decision making skills and led me to improve my core looking
towards complicated manner.
