INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflective cycles is considered to arguably and one of most famous models of the

Description of the experience
As to have the work in research process in written level of group work assignment with
the team members the team member in the research team were not let aware to me or even, I
don’t have proper understanding in awards of perception. This have the elements of the
respective research which could be level of expected to summit the piece of the assignments in
together aspect. As the team member, we have accepted to have division of work in more perfect
manner so that’s each task could be done in perfect manner. As team member we have discussed
with deadline along with distribution of data which is needed to prepared to schedule time to sit
and write it together. Due to lack of working in teams, we were not able to have clear
understanding over different perception and concept. There is little bit dissatisfaction as each
member is trying to propose their different plans which cannot be subsided at particle moment of
time. Therefore, two members of the group had to drop their plans that evening so the
assignment would be finished in time for the deadline.

Feeling and the descriptive through regarding experience
As this stage we have realised that’s there is need to have performing of various duties and
obligation which is needed to working more perfect manner in order to accomplish the task. As
this stage we have come together in happy situation and thought to have the accurate level of
division of work in order to between us. I have the mixed feelings both as frustrated and positive
one. On one hand, I have realized that I was frustrated as our team were failing to work together
again and again. On the other hand, we were trying in our best way which is the little level of
motivation by actuals redoing everything in more perfect manner. Hence, my comparing at the
ned I have realized that’s the little level of motivation as leader or initiator will helps our teams
trot work in more perfect manner.
Evaluation of the experiment in both positive and negative impact.
After having the proper level of evaluation of the description and feeling of proves., I have
realized that there are the things have needed to be goods and worked in more well manners
which was considered to facts of groups that’s each member has been successful manner as per
the respective level of guideline which is helpful in attaining more level of success. Some o the
team Emme never were not Woking efficiently which can be considered to be part of social
loafing. As the leader of the team o have decided to make the strict against abasing social loafing
which will be helpful in making my research more level of effective. Due to lack of working in
teams, we were not able to have clear understanding over different perception and concept. There
is little bit dissatisfaction as each member is trying to propose their different plans which cannot
be subsided at particle moment of time, I have started motivating the team members in order to
work in more perfect manner at differential level.

Analysis of the making sense form respective situation
At this step have the chance in order to have proper analysis is have the properly make the
internal division o each person to have the descriptive analysis of verso situation an circumstance
which makes us belie that the wok can be performed in mor ethical manner. I have identified the
strength of different team member as well as own one. In the later pace I have utilized over my
own strength and weakness in more perfect manner. I have analysis that’s I was able to have
proper level of leadership skill in order to have my over all development in perfect manner. In
addition yo that’s there is the increase in level of understanding and communication with other
which helps in overall instructing the several pals. This will be helpful in making my overall
development for perfect manner. The last one which is considered to be my strength is the
presentations skills. On the hand as per the analysis I have also analysed that’s there is weakness
of time management as I think we thought that this approach would save us time when piecing
together the sections in the end, and therefore we didn’t think it through. In reality, it ended up
costing us far more time than expected and we also had to stress and rush through the rewrite. I
think the fact we hadn’t planned how we were writing and structuring the sections led us to this
situation. this makes me gassing more level of challenges as stages along with principles have
the equal level of application as well as in single of equal experiences

CONCLUSION
As per the part of the conclusion, I have reassembled everything in more perfect paces as
everything form the beefing along with challenges and strength we have developed as the team
or a particular individual in order to have the working of the whole teams in more perfect
manner. I have realized that there are the things have needed to be goods and worked in more
well manners which was considered to facts of groups that’s each member has been successful
manner as per the respective level of guideline which is helpful in attaining more level of
success. In addition to that’s all the team member was able to have the riper identification of
strength which will be helpful in over all productivity od the team member also with overall
personal development. Moreover, I will continue to have people self-identify their strengths and
possibly even suggest using the ‘Belbin team roles’-framework with longer projects. Lastly, I
learned that we sometimes have to challenge the decisions we seem to agree on in the group to
ensure that we are not agreeing just because of groupthink.
ACTION PLAN
As per the consideration of the action plan. I have desired he next time I will be working in team
will have inclusion of my strength in to make the accepted division of work in more perfect
manner so that’s each task could be done in perfect manner. As team leader I will discuss with
deadline along with distribution of data which is needed to prepared to schedule time to sit and
write it together. This is easy to do and remember in a first meeting, and also potentially works
as an ice-breaker if we don’t know each other well. On the other hand in term of having effective
communication skills and preseason will make more level of perfection over working in different
task in order to gains more level of comities advantages. On the hand as per the analysis I have
also analysed that’s there is weakness of time management as I think we thought that this
approach would save us time when piecing together the sections in the end. I will make proper
level of procedure and time table to have reduce the level of weakness which have the effect in
order all develop in more perfect manner.
