Gibbs reflective cycle.
This is the effective structure to learning from the experience at the working place. This
offers a framework for examining the experience and give its cycle nature lends itself
particularly well to repeated experience which allow management to learn and plan from the
things that either went well or did not go well. This covers 6 stages which explain are as follows:
Description:
First I would like to thank my professor who gave me chance to be the part of
informative project. This project is provided me the great learning experience about the
Facebook and other things. Firstly I found out the different business organization which has
followed by company (Wain, 2017). At that I analyze that the two types lie corporation and sole
proprietorship. After that here analyze the purpose of company as per their stakeholders. I found
out main 5 stakeholders like employees, owner, users, media and government. At the end of
report, I understand the internal and external analysis of company by using VRIO and PESTEL
analysis.
Feeling:
At the time of research I though that the work is very difficult to in process. But, after
understanding the better manner, I understand that work is better and easier because professor
give learning opportunity. In respect of that I though that VRIO and PESTEL model is
completely helpful for management those factors which can affect to business in negative
manner. That is completely helped to me for understand all those factors.
Evaluation:
Here is evaluated that the business required complete focus on the basic work. In that I
evaluate properly the complete different types of organization which is followed by Facebook
company to survive their business at the market place. I though that company is only provide
social services but company is also provided network building approach to its customers in
effective manner (Kocielnik and Hsieh, 2018). Through that I understand that company have
great chance to build their services and products in effective manner. Evaluate those model at the
workplace, those helped to protect their business from external factor which affect to business
from outside the business.

There was one situation where I stacked because of lack of knowledge about company.
Because, my professor asked me about the company and their details about their product and
services. After that I read about company and explain to professor. This created great working
capacity for me (Reynolds, 2017). After that, I studied for VRIO and PESTEL analysis modeler
than I understand that those complete those factors which are valuable, rare, imitable and
organization for company. On the other side, PESTEL reflected that political, social,
economical, technological, environmental and legal factor which affect to business in respective
manner.
Conclusion:
The above study concluded that the complete analysis is based on the reflection about the
