INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflective cycle helps an individual to think about the phases and experiences that one
should use to structure the reflection. Report will evaluate and analyse my problem of not
speaking able to speak with other properly.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective cycle
Evaluation- I have been working with the other students from past few weeks and I have
evaluated that I am not able to communicate or speak well in front of them. This is my biggest
weakness as this ability to not speak properly is making me weak and also I am losing my grades
because of it. I am also not able to communicate with my teachers properly due to which they are
unable to identify my needs and problems which I am facing in the group work project. I have
also analysed that due to this weakness I am unable to make friends. I sit alone and feel lonely,
depress (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). Also the team work is being hampered because of
my inability to speak with others. I feel that I need to work on this. I have evaluated that I feel
worried and tensed whenever I speak with my other classmates. This is the reason I have no
friends in the classroom, neither the students like to perform the group activities with me. My
grades are also decreasing and my parents are upset because of the low grades I am getting in the
class. Also I have done nothing to improve my communication skills (Smith and Roberts, 2015).
Analysis- This step of Gibbs Reflective Cycle has helped me in analysing that I have the most
negative experience while speaking to the other classmates. I have analysed that I have the
problem of speaking or communicating well to others because of my introvert nature. I feel shy
and anxious to speak in front of them. Also I have no idea what other student is thinking about
me as an individual (Tanaka, Okamoto. and Koide, 2018). For improving the communication, I
think I need to join the personality development classes, that can assist me in enhancing my
communication. Also this can support me in enhancing my growth and grades. My classmates
are also very upset with me as I have not spoken in the group work project. I feel like the
environment of the class is also not very friendly that can be the reason I am not able to speak. I
have analysed that to overcome this problem I have to share my feelings and thoughts with the
teachers, so that they can support me in communicating well and speak with confident with

others. This can assist me in enhancing my grades and improving my career aspects. It can help
me in growing.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been summarised that I have not been able to speak properly
with my classmates and teachers as I felt shy, anxious and depressed while speaking to them.
This has affected my grades and career aspects
