INTRODUCTION
The description of gifted children is evidence of high performance capability as well as in
such areas like creativity innovation and having a leadership quality. In a small age to bring out
some creative ideas through their efficiency level. Somehow they needed by leaders or teachers
on manta who can guide them and make their intellectual mind as a skill to be developed for
them for the objective and accomplishment successful manner. In this Following report there is a
case study of James who is 4.6-year-old and he like to play with his fellow members but he likes
to play most of the time as alone. Apart from it, James having interested in new topics in a very
detailed manner such as applied artificial space a black hole, unusual animals and mammals.
Effort that topics which are highlighted in this report that a descriptive and analytical essay about
the range of teaching strategies along with approaches which adapt to working for provide gifted
children in their primary stages. To highlight a particular strategy that support children and also

The description of a teacher is having responsible to educate students and creating the

document of allotted assignment (Hu (2019)). Teacher is the kind of a leader trait who instruct
the student and provide a proper instruction and prefer certain strategies for reaching engaging
lesson plans. Some showcase study of James who is 4.6-year-old as he engaged with his peer’s
members but he likes to play alone and he has a reserved kind of personality. As the role of
teacher in James childhood life is essential to guide him for about what is importance about
education in his childhood. In following there are some Strategies and approaches of teaching
which has role in childhood on a primary stage are:
As every classroom brings new opportunities and new learning skills for students in which
they enhance their creativity mind and bring some positive outcomes. Through student can
developed their learning and analytical abilities. Apart from it a classroom also introduces new
members like classmate’s teachers and mentors who guide and provide them proper counselling
and learning opportunities in which student can enhance their abilities as well as innovative
skills. This teacher plays a vital role in student life to provide facility as well as enhance the
knowledge power of student in perspective of new learning outcomes for or in a subject related
matter. There are some strategies of teaching which helps to James in his childhood education
development (Miedijensky (2018)). First is Visualization method of information: This this
strategy is one of the most flexible way to to represent a process of information which has been
taught in class. As it helps to slow learners in class where they can visualize on going lessons in
a systematic manner. As teachers use this tool of visualization to be done in class to show and
diagram graph pictures and animated education figures that attract the student mind and they
easily get learn from it successfully. Second strategies are Students lead towards classroom:
the leading of student in classroom brings a creative way to interact with teachers and discuss
their problems regarding with their education or person life which teacher's good provide
suitable solutions. Encouraging students somehow this their role teachers not holding the class
but to bring confidence to other peer’s students and make them motivate cherish in class.

Implementing technology power to student: The Technology plays an important role in
student life where it brings new opportunities new creative ideas through which students can
enhance their skills and use their knowledge power to create innovative as such as online game
creative art new learning outcomes from subjective material. In short technology is not to

attend the classes in school because it is very important to gaining knowledge and skills not only
that it would provide other efforts to improve the interpersonal skills. Such as interacting with
teachers counselling about the issues which happening in personal life making friends any more
and more knowledge along with opportunities to perform and enhance interpersonal skills etc.
Another importance that role of a teacher and teaching is one of the most essential factor in
student life apart from subjective part in a person life. It guides to sorting out problems and
increase maturity traits that helps to create a better personality. In the beginning of childhood, it
depends that what background for student or kid is getting from the elder ones (Yaman, &
Sökmez (2020)). A proper education within systematic guidance and support to overcome from

(2018)).

There are different pedagogical practices beneficial to improve the quality of gifted
education for young children. First is that the student should get offer the most difficult task in
the earlier so that it can be evaluated that at what level the student can think and use its
intelligence to achieve the task which can help the teacher to analyse that what is the standard of
student in applying its concepts of learning so that from the next time teacher can offer the task
as per the level of the student. Second is that speaking to the students about their area of interest
so that they can be well known about their strengths and weaknesses and can make a decision
about their career and professionalism (Gaesser (2018)). Third is to enable the gifted children to
work together so that the innovative ideas can come out from their minds with the help of
brainstorming and all together they can come out with the invention as well if the group
discussion is conducted among them. Fourth is to learn that how the gifted children can thing so
that they can be treated accordingly about their education and it is important for them to do this
for better observation and analysing of the intelligence of gifted students. Fifth is to provide the
variety of levels in the classroom library so that the students can go through them and choose
their intelligence level as per their observation and think accordingly for better innovation or
invention made by them. Vi is to utilised the gifted children talent and interest so that it can be
presented in front of the world and it can be appreciated so that they can work even harder and
smarter in their life to give the world a new invention or innovation that the world needs.
Seventh is to explore real world application which means them the teacher much let the gifted
children to explore the real world practices that what is happening in the world and what is
required in the world and therefore they can work on it by analysing the practical applications
and can achieve the same by fulfilling the requirements of deficiency (Yeo, & Pfeiffer (2018)).

There are different attributes of the open pedagogy practices to the gifted children such as they
must be taught about the people and open this along with the trust so that anything they try to
innovate must involve these three things. They must be taught about the innovation and
creativity so that they can do something new for the world and for themselves as well by
explaining them the importance of it. teachers must share their ideas and resources with the
gifted children so that they can even think broader in terms of their innovative idea that can raise
in their mind in better effectivity and efficiency. they must be taught about the connected
community because it teaches about the society facts and mentality about the things which exist
in the world and accordingly e they can think ok ab out innovation. Study materials must be the
learner generated which means that it should be comfortable for the learner to study from the
materials and must be beneficial for them. they must also know about the reflective practice and
peer review which is important to know about themselves that what they are doing and what can
be the improvement areas for better enhancement. Moreover, gifted students must participate in
the technology so that they can give the world the advancement in the technical field which is the
most required thing in today's era (Novak, Lewis, & Weber (2020)).
Concepts of gifted and talented children
Concept of gifted and talented children can be explained as they are the children who are
born with the natural abilities along with the above average intelligence. They how poultry
developed their natural abilities to a high level. They are gifted and talented in many domains
which can be sports, arts, music, intellectual capabilities and many more. It is not important that
they are gifted or talented only in one area but they can be gifted and talented in more than one
domains as well (Dupont-Boime, & Thevenot (2018)). they have the ability to perform things
that higher levels as compared to the other students who are of same age group and experience
along with the environment in multiple domains. they especially require the modifications in
their educational experience in order to learn and realise their potential intelligence. They have
the intellectual ability linked to an IQ score of 130 or above. Not all the talented and gifted
students are extraordinary in an academic area. Some can be creative or innovator and maybe in
other areas such as music and leadership abilities. Characteristics which can help the teachers
and parents to identify that their children are gifted and talented or not such as they must be
having the unusual alertness, they should be e rapid learner and have the excellent memory along
with the unusual large vocabulary and ideas. That time for testing the children IQ is between

ages 5 and 8. These are the good ideas to have the test on them in order to identify the children
are gifted or not (Wilson, & Adelson (2018)).
Role of the early childhood educator in supporting children and families
Role of the early childhood educator in supporting children and families is that they observe
the play and make suggestions on how the environment and social relationships along with the
teaching strategy can be enhanced and moreover they also work to bring the best results out of
each and every child in order to give children activities and exercises so that improvement can be
done in the teamwork. They usually create the lesson plans and lead daily activities along with
the monitoring children and encouragement and engaging children among one another by
keeping the classroom clean and stimulating and assessing in class and homework assignments
along with the attendance of staff meetings. this is a role of early childhood educator in
supporting children and families so that they can learn more with their gifted talent and furnish
their existing skills in them (Ogurlu, Yalin, & Yavuz Birben (2018)).

It is concluded that that child care strategies for working with gifted children is an important
concept to study because it helps to understand the psychology of the gifted students and the
practices to teach them for their bright future. Therefore in order to apply such learning in a real
world organisations then it is important to analyse the teaching strategies and approaches that can
be adopted when working with gifted children, it is essential to examine the strategies to support
children from disadvantaged backgrounds, it is necessary to determine the pedagogical practices
which are beneficial to improve the quality of gifted education for young children, it is
