Overview of Organisation
Girls Education International is a non-profit
organization that provides the education to girls
and women. Currently, it operates with the non
profit organization of Pakistan and Tanzania in a
partnership contract.
The mission of the organization is to expand and
support educational opportunities to undeserved
women and girls in rural areas or undeveloped
regions. The vision of the company is to gives the
educational opportunities for girls and women
those are available for boys. There are numerous
projects done by the company in 10 years but its
main projects is “Wezesha” in which the
company ensure that more and more women and
girls build their strong future on education basis
(Girls Education International, 2019a). The
company operates in two countries such as
Pakistan, Tanzania.
Contribution to the Common Good
Common good refers the benefits for all or most
members of a community (Johnson-DeBaufre,
Keller, & Ortega-Aponte, 2015). Girls Education
International is a non-profit organization that
started to provide education to young girls and
women to developed their bright future. It is
observed that the girls education is a also a
common good as it highly contribute in the
society. The girls also earns the high revenue
which directly contribute in the economy of the
country. It is also beneficial for girls to take care of
themselves or for their rights. Education helps the
girls to grow their personality or to protect
themselves (Cooke, 2018).
My Professional Contribution
The main project of the organization is to build
the bright future of women and girls by
providing them education. As per my nursing
profession, I will helps the organization to
provide the medical knowledge to girls and
women. However, it is essential for girls to
have a basic knowledge about their health or
body functions (Grace, 2013). My nursing
profession helps to provide the education to
girls about their health or body function and
also gives the medical knowledge so that their
future bring more bright and shine (Jones,
2018). My profession contribute in providing
medical education to more girls.

every organization has the responsibility to contribute in
the society for the common benefits. Common goods
defines the benefits that all members will enjoy in the
community such as education. Education is the act of
