however there are still large population that has been suffered from these challenges. This has
increased the structural inequality that is inequality in distribution of income within the

company, the company consider one of the rural areas of china and merchants from such

group. Other than this, the company provided platform included men as well as women to sell
the artisanal products through online mode that has offered the opportunity to the individuals

inequality as the women are not able to earn equal to that of women. Considering this cause
the company could have encourage women to initiate or conduct business online, this may
have done through providing digital education to women and encourage small and medium
women entrepreneurs to consult business through Alibaba digital platform. Additional offers
to women entrepreneurs while offering platform and job opportunity in the industry. Other
than this the company can also decrease the poverty by offering jobs in backend of the
company by targeting specific individuals instead of the area so as to decrease the structural
inequality and contribute in the sustainable goal in china of targeting individuals and not
region (Doppell, 2017).
4.2. Policy and assistance system
Policy plays major role not only in the country but integration of the company efforts through
the countries sustainable goal. Policy of the company must be reflected and approaching
towards the country policy. Other than this one of the issues is the digital platform, which
may include major technical change and development, which has be to providing assistance
system so as to offer support to the stakeholders, especially the retailers associated with the
company and new to e commerce business. Other than this the company needs to be
supporting the technical change through the platform and portal user friendly, as this should
