Association Name
The association chosen is Global Alliance. The Global Alliance is considered because of
its practicability and genuineness towards moral and ethical values. It focuses on all ethical
values and obeys it sincerely. There are few main codes of ethics which are followed by Global
Alliance such as:
Integrity
In simple it means to obey association morals and ethics. The integrity not only means to
be honest. It means that any honest person never do anything that seems to be naturally or
morally wrong. Integrity is significant and applies everywhere. In Global Alliance they give
assurance to their clients and employees for being honest with them. The Global Alliance does
not work to earn profit. It works to serves values, skills, knowledge and profession. They will
always protect their relations with everyone they are connected. The Integrity is the foremost
code of ethics for every association. Integrity defines an image of association in the market. For
example, in the workplace no one is allowed to break the rules or misconduct with moral values
otherwise serious action will be taken by the company or association. Therefore, the example
sets on Global Alliance very well because it has expelled one of his high profile employees due
to his misconduct and breach of ethics. Thus, as per their code of ethics they took an action. This
denotes that Global Alliance maintain its integrity ethics very sincerely(Cox, Caze, & Levine,
2018)
Responsibility
It is defined as a state of being accountable or answerable to someone or any superior. It
also includes liability to do a work. The association will be responsible for all of its activities and
operation. The Global Alliance promises to fulfill every responsibility with its staff, clients or
connected person. The associations who can complete its responsibilities are very impressive and
strong. Therefore, Global Alliance is one of them. For example, every association should focus
on corporate social responsibility ratio and compulsory to fulfill it. Therefore, the Global

Alliance with due care fulfill all its responsibilities. It shows that company follows all the code
of ethics and completes all its responsibilities(Dobel, 2016)
Advocacy
It means to support or stay behind someone to protect individual or general public. The
advocacy can be best seen in non-profit organizations because they stand for general public
without any consideration. The Global Alliance is one the best example for advocacy as it works
not for profit. It aids general public, clients, employees by being their voice. It raises confidence
and boosts employees, clients or general public and induces inner strength to come and put their
views. They are responsible for their work and serve everything in public interest. For example,
there is association which offers the opportunity to truly advocate for professions participating in
international research projects. The membership of Global Alliance provides this opportunity and
it is also exemplified by the Melbourne Mandate. The offer shows ethical values provided by the
Global Alliance to their members(Evans, 2016)
