various independent nation along with different factors exogenous
to the home environment of the organisation. It is mainly divided
into external and internal environment. An organisation regulates
and operates their business at international level which required to
analyse the social environment of the host nations.

Globalization is a term referred as increasing relation of social,
economic and political sectors across political and cultural
boundaries through out the world. In other words, it can be said as
it is the process of accommodate nations and public by political,
economical and cultural into a broad community.

It has been seen over the years in terms of increased foreign trades,
capital flows, acceleration of growth rates and rising real per
capital arises for those countries who has initially taken part in

Political factor - This is one of the major factor which impact on
SASOL limited operations. It operates through many countries
in oil & gas services.

major issue in the global market.

overcome these challenges
It can be recommended that company need to establish their
business in that nation where cost is minimum. Also they
develop reasonable price products and services which attract
large number of customers at international level. On the other
hand, SASOL limited require to fulfil their customers
expectations and anticipation whether they are domestic and
