consumer market. UK citizens are open minded and has strong purchasing power. This
factor creates an immense opportunities for Bentely. As company can offer more features
to them in order to satisfy their unique requirements. Also, it has multicultural population
so Bentley can develop variety of products and meet out needs of different religions
(Dubey, 2016).
 Technological: UK is one of leading technological advance country in world and has
powerful financial and technological institutions. This advanced technological
infrastructure are favourable for Bentley as company can produce best auto-mobile
solutions with hi-tech technology for their loyal and potential customers. Company get
immense opportunities like it can bring self driving feature with improved safety features.
 Legal: UK has strict legislation laws which include employment laws, minimum wages
laws, equal discrimination law etc. which affects structure and operations of an
organisation. Due to Brexit, there are unstable political structure in UK which directly
impact legal laws. After Brexit referendum, there are possibility that WTO rules and laws
will be applied and that must be follow by organisations. This factor act as threat for
Bentley as company required to change its policies and rules according to new prevailing
laws (Kasemsap, 2016).
 Environmental: UK has powerful policies which made effective impact on continuous
improvements to eliminate negative impact of economic activities on its environment. It
brings immense opportunities for Bentley to produce cars which reduce carbon emission
and other weather causalities.
