INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is expansion and intensification of social, economic, culture, political, relations
across the border among companies, government. The present study is about the CAMECO
company which deals in refining, mining, fabrication, generation of electricity by nuclear energy
across the globe. Further it includes the concepts of globalisation, its factors, digital technology
impact on globalisation ,PESTLE analysis of organisation, Mc Kinsey's 7 S model and different
models of dimension culture .also the ethical and sustainable behaviour of organisation towards
society and environment,

CAMECO following the flat organisational structure which help them to perform effectively
and efficiently .
Flat structure helps CAMECO to work faster as decision making can be done at the
individual levels where it is required.
