qualitative critical ethnographic study was focused on identifying the factors influencing success
in decision making among organizational leaders and managers in organizations’ practices. The
qualitative paradigm was used in order to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the
issues and challenges influencing effectiveness, and success among organizational leadership
and managements in business practices. There are different theory are to be used in organisation
structure. This theory are as follows :-
Contingency Theory :- Contingency theory deals primarily with conflict, which
previous theories considered something to be avoided at all costs. Conflict is
unavoidable, but according to contingency theory it is manageable (Piekkari and et.al
2014). Organizations evolve to meet their own strategic needs in rational, sequential and
linear ways. Adapting to changes in the environment is important to managerial and
organizational success.
This theory is help to increase profit in organisation performance in organisation. This study
explores the influence of decision making in organizational leadership and management
