Interpretation: globalisation is that method which assistance organization in easily
interacting and communicating with their country people, government and organisations. There
are around 30 responder who are accept on that evidence in which they consider globalisation
help in gaining competitive advantages for a firm. 10 participants are said that sometime
globalisation does not aid them in getting high competitive benefits in improved way.

Interpretation: there are different issues and problems which occurs while growing
enterprise dealings at global level. Different ways by which an organisation can overcome such
issues which arise due to globalisation such cultural indifference and change in technology.

7.1 Reflect on effectiveness of research methods
While conducting this research, I have used various research methods for attaining best
possible outcome for it. In this, I have given preference to mixed method of research approach in
order to obtained more valuable results. Also, I have also used both the primary and secondary
method of data collection for gathering maximum information. In primary method I have used
questionnaire. Whereas, in secondary method I have used books, journals, online articles etc.
Usage of all these methods have supported in gathering relevant information for the given topic
within the provided time frame.
7.2 Reflect on the effectiveness of concepts
This investigation has developed my own knowledge on research topic “Benefits and
drawbacks of global business environment for multinational organisation”. From this
investigation, I got to know that globalisation is an effective concept for all businesses but along
with its benefits it also brings numerous of drawbacks for the companies too. The main drawback
identified by me is high competition which directly places impact over their sales performance as
well as profitability. There are various promotional techniques which assist in promoting
combination of different products belongs to different era among buyers such as Instagram,
social media, Facebook and others. It is that method which assist them in reaching with desirable
targets in rightful manner. This is necessary for an organisation is to develop and formulate
effective services that is helpful in grabbing attention of customers. Globalisation is integration
and consolidation occurs from the reciprocation of the global views, thoughts, content and other
feature of civilization.

7.3 Alternative research methodologies
As per my own experience I will surely prefer interview method as an alternative
methodology for my next research conducted on the similar kind of topic. Interview method is
far better then questionnaire method as it includes open ended question will allow respondents to
present their actual knowledge on question without any boundation. This ultimately contributes
in grabbing accurate information from respondent which leads to attainment of valid outcome.
7.4 Consider lessons learnt in view of the outcomes
From this investigation, I have learnt that every time prediction does not work well. They
might work in wring direction too. This is because, while observing topic of research I thought
everyone will provide equivalent support to it as the topic is interesting. But, in actuality many
respondents have ignored my questions and given fake answer to me as according to them it is
the time consuming activity. Thus, I have learned that no matter how interesting the topic is but
it is important for every investigator to present it in front of respondent in such a manner which
influences them to place their maximum efforts.
