“leadership challenge considerably scalable to any kind of the organization no matter what the
size the organisation is” and leadership program can be implemented at any level of the
organization. It is hard to recognize a situation where a leader requires coping with external
challenges (Galloway, Kapasi and Sang, 2015). There is a number of forces such as social,
economic and political in the huge world that can influence the organization in an adverse
manner. To some level, the gauge of any leader is how effectively he can manage the continuous
succession of issues and minor annoyances that intimate the mission of that group. This
assignment will entail enough information regarding in Leadership Challenge® program
curriculum.
