INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is defined as an environment in which there are diverse range of elements are
prevailing and have capability to impact upon organisational functioning and activities in
different type of ways. It also has impact upon entity decision making process that further affect
their profit earning capacity (Kasemsap, 2020). In this has been identified that some of the
certain global factors are legal, political, social, economical and technological those who can
affect business functioning. In this it is important for an organisation to have proper and effective
understanding of all these elements as further formulate formative Strategies and plans in order
to challenge them in effective manner while ensuring more competitive edge in respective
industrial sector. Present report has been conducted on Tesco, company operate their services in
retail industrial sector and provide different type of high quality services and facilities to
consumer. In this report discussion has been made on SWOT analysis in order to evaluate key
driver which is having significant impact upon HRM functional area and organisational
marketing.
SWOT ANALYSIS
SWOT analysis is defined as a strategic technique or plan that aid an organisation and
individual to evaluate their actual strength, weakness, threats and opportunities in order to ensure
their future growth in profitable way (Baltov and Mladenova, 2020). With the help of this
framework entity can ensure more competitive edge in respective industrial sector. In addition to
this, SWOT analysis also provide access to organisation to identify diverse range of factors that
are prevailing in internal and external environment and further enlarge their growth and
development area (Vijayan and Kamarulzaman, 2020). This analysis provides business a
strategic advantage through which they can develop business plan in order to conduct their
operations in effective manner.

functions in United Kingdom Marketplace organisation required periodical investments in order
to ensure their long term sustainable growth. In these factors like foreign exchange, rate interest
rate and inflation rate are required to be properly undertaken by marketing department in order to
conduct their marketing activities accordingly. It has been evaluated that respective organisation
is required to identify different type of factors in internal and external environment as to further
develop efficient strategies and measures in order to enhance their profit earning capacity.
Human Resource:
HRM department of Tesco engage in the function of recruiting potential candidates from
all around the world in order to fill organization vacant positions (Varvazovska and Regnerova,
2020). It has been seen that there are different type of legal laws and legislations that has been
imposed by country and are required to be abide by companies in order to recruit potential
candidates. With the continuous change in these legislations Tesco may find slower down of the
process of recruiting candidates this may affect their functioning in number of ways. Thus, it is
essential for HR department of respective organisation to have proper and efficient
understanding of all the essential laws and legislations that are having significant impact of entity
functioning. This will allow company to conduct their functions in ethical and legal manner.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussed report this has been concluded that Global Business
Environment play key essential role in a business structure as it allowed entity to evaluate
different type of factors that are prevailing in external and internal environment in order to
ensure maximum competitive edge by evaluate different factors that are having impact of upon
entity activities. For this development of efficient strategies can be undertaken by entity through
which they can get maximum advantages. In this swot analysis prove to be essential that allow
entry to formulate strategic plan and identify their weaknesses, threats, strength and opportunity
to enhance their profit earning capacity. There are different type of factors which is having
