This research proposal investigates the advantages and disadvantages of the global business environment on the business success of multinational organizations, specifically focusing on Starbucks. The study aims to understand the concept and importance of the global business environment, identify challenges faced by multinational organizations, and explore strategies for successful business expansion. The research will employ a qualitative methodology, utilizing primary data collection through questionnaires and secondary data from books and articles. A probability sampling method, specifically simple random sampling, will be used to gather data from 50 Starbucks employees. The research will analyze the impact of globalization, strategies for overcoming challenges such as communication issues, cultural differences, and competition, and recommend ways to improve business performance. The proposal outlines the research objectives, questions, literature sources, activities, timescales, and research approach, including data collection methods and sampling techniques.
