Question 1 where do you think you belong?
Before implementing the next step the very first thing one need to consider is the present
situation or strength which belongs to him and form which he belongs. In the journey of the
development at the early stage of my career I was unaware like most people where I belong.
Usually one’s belonging is seen as the genetic qualities in the ancient time but now so many
choices are available to decide what you want to be (Drucker, 2005). Belonging doesn’t
matter after you become developed because usually people follow what you are in the present
instead of focusing where you belong. A carer is successful where you put your efforts and
your conditions instead of agreeing on others. Past of the successful people never matter but
what matter is what they are now and how they did it (Drucker P. F., 2008). A successful
person never plan his work or they never wait for the others to offer them opportunities but
they create their own opportunities and perform their work because instead of their belonging
they are depend on their strength and potentials. Hence it is not the matter where I belong in
my present but the matter is that how I can achieve the best (Søderberg & Holden, 2002). The
second thing that I think is related to the development and management of life achievement is
to thinking how I can use this opportunity as my best (Drucker, Managing oneself (HBR
classic), 2005). Before taking any decision in the life for the profession I want myself to
develop the personality as to critically analyse the role of the opportunities in my life and to
determine how I shall do my best to contribute to make this opportunity as useful for me and
for my career. Event of the life in the developing stage are very important I want to build my
skill able to identify the opportunities where I can contribute my best. Managing self is the
most useful theory used in the present time for the development at the work-place or
somewhere. This theory has converted the ancient belief with the new changes in the working
environment (Ting-Toomey, & Dorjee, 2018).

Question 2
An organisational environment in the present world is the collection of the different culture,
languages, beliefs values and traditions in form of the employees belonging from the different
segments of the society. A manager needs to be very cautious while implementing the
operations of the organisation in the diversified environment. A multicultural environment is
different from the diversified environment but usually people see them as the same. The main
difference in them is based in the nature. An organisation can diversify its working focusing
to save the interest of the multicultural traits of the employees who are different in many
ways from each other but live together for accomplishment of the desired goals (Buchanan,
2009).
Setting the career goals are not an easy task at the initial stage because at the initial stage of
the life one get easily attracted with the qualities of the different profession without
understanding the challenges they have. At my initial stage I was also unstable because I git
attracted with the way of the presentation others present to me. This confusion remains for
the long period until I come into the stage where I started thinking about the challenges a
profession have in its operations (Drucker P. , 2018). The careen and action plan of the
successful people is never planned but they plan their performance in the present options at
their best. Sitting and waiting for the right opportunity can never be a right decision because
the journey to the development has no U-turn hence you cannot go back at the stage from
where you started. Following steps I want to consider while designing to reach the destination

First of the thing I would do to myself be to identify the strength I have in my personality.
And the qualities that I positively have in me to deal the challenges and the threats and skills
to use the opportunity.
Second thing I would consider is the contribution I will make to my job. The best question I
ask to myself is about my role in the organisation or at the job. A profession is never meant to
earn profit but it is about the role you played in the profession. The role and the contribution
are the most important things (Drucker P. , 2010).
Achievement and learning is the third thing I would recommend in the profession or goal
setting in my life. For me the learning I gain from the profession is the important more than
the money I got from the profession. The theory of self-management and motivation is the
mean that make the task of career settlement of the profession in the future (Drucker P. F.,
Managing oneself, 2005).
