In today’s business world, it is difficult for the organizations to be sustainable with being affected by
globalisation. Globalisation not only led exchanges of goods and capitals but also labour, ideas,
technology and so on between traditional borders as well as boundaries. Building a strong position
in domestic is essential for survival however expanding in international market would result in
tremendous growth and prosperity. This global business environment affects the business
organization in positive or negative manner. Therefore this research project aims to identify the
benefits and drawbacks of global business environment on business organizations.
