Reflection

As per my own observation I have been recognition that, this exploration is specifically based on
multinational businesses and these are mainly recognised as the businesses which are having
their operations in more than one country. Thus, multinational corporations are significant for a
country to develop their economic condition. As I have also been seen that, in today's modern
business environment the key motive of each small as well as large business enterprises is to
attaining higher growth and success via implementing effective business strategies. Therefore,

businesses now a days are concern over improvising their performance with the help of
implementing an effective business strategy which in turns in creating value for the firm in
attaining higher growth and progression. As I have also been recognising that in this over all
study is based on Aston Martin as it is a large British independent manufacturer of luxury sports
car and grand tourers, therefore, it is important for Aston Martin to develop suitable strategies
which is effective for the business in operating at international level. From the evaluation of this
detailed analysis I have also been seen that, multinational corporations are termed to be the most
important aspect that are significant in developing the economic condition of a country, thus the
higher emergence of multinational corporations are effective in reducing the tax and tariff and
maintaining a good flow of products and services delivery. Due to intensive competition within
market, the host countries have liberalized laws and regulations through considering the foreign
assessment of assets and have reduces the tax barriers, therefore, tax and tariffs are recognized to
be the key aspect which mainly affects the international business. In addition to this, with the
assistance of free movement of goods and services within and outside of a country boarder, trade
liberalization has evolve the foundation of global integration strategy. Thus, the primary
obligation of large and multinational corporations are to become the international brand via
exploring their operations at global level. From the detailed analysis of the views of authors, I
have also been seen that multinational corporations in in-consist over executing effective global

that better execution of operations can be held. Therefore, as I have been thinking that, corporate
vision, conflict management and empowerment are three major aspects that are significant for a
business to implementing suitable business strategy which in turns in creating value for the firm
in attaining higher growth and success.
Although, this present considered exploration is effective in exploring an individual's
personal as well as professional skills of an individual that are appropriate in analyzing the need
to implementing suitable business strategies. In the implementation of this present analysis I have
been facing a lot issue in relation to the prescribed for this exploration as the given time for this
evaluation is less and few activities like, management plan, data analysis, literature review are
time consuming in nature so, time is recognized to be the major difficulty which is mainly being
faced by me during the research. In addition to this, the authenticity of information sources are
also evaluated as the key issue which is mainly being faced in the execution of literature review,
as there is a lack of authenticity, so this has also a major hazard which influence the completion
of exploration. This study mainly contributes in the area of business management and the
academic writing. Therefore, this study explores business knowledge as this signifies the need of
implementing effective business strategy which is valuable for a business to attain higher growth
and success. The scope of this study in academic writing is also wide as this is significant for me
in developing my ability of executing an exploration of the the way in which suitable
implementation of methodologies are taken place. As with the execution of this analysis, I have
been recognizing that, my data collection ability has been increased with Is effective for me in
implementing the enhanced ability in my future projects. This study also has its major

From the descriptive analysis of the project I could have been realize that, this study is
