Global business environment complies with all the diversification in the internal and the
external market areas. This involves all the process and the resources through which the business

involves all skills and resources for divisions. The organisation chosen in this report is FTSE
Watches of Switzerland this was originated in 1924. this have almost 16 shops in the world and
they deals with all the Swiss watches and the luxury serving in UK. It is headquartered in
England. All the deals and the management are made with revenue generation and turnover ratio
as their net income is considered to be about 0.5 million (Hartono, and Kusumawardhani, 2019) .

global manner. This is been seen that all the taste and the choice of the consumers are
taken in proper execution. Technological factor- The changing trend in the digitation medium and the social media
provides major impact on the society there is been seen that all the matters and the
functions through which the promotions are managed being considered. Legal factor- it is being seen that so many internal and the external issues are carried out
so as top maintain the mange in all the areas and also to apply legal rules and their
abiding laws so as to solve the legal conflicts. Their provides so many issues through
which all the legal matters can be opted (Baba, 2018).
Environmental factor- The Watches of Switzerland provides all the environmental
friendly company and through which all the operations and the production of the watches
are made to be a bit environmental friendly. They focus on all the carbo footprints and
the effective working of the company(Rendtorff, 2019).
