ongoing process and lock down.
Technological factor: Advances in virology, the pandemic, and COVID-19 outbreak give
invaluable information to the specialist and give opportunity to many companies to work on their
companies in better ways and improve them through new innovation.
Legal factor: because of COVID-19 legal factor affect the companies such as labour law. The
safety and health act 1970 has applied to every industry for the safety of the labour, and it affects
the insurance and business disruption also (Khilji, and Pierre, 2021).
Environmental factor: COVID-19 is the major environmental factor that affect the companies
and because the of the lock-down and so many restrictions so many companies cannot do their
work. Travel restriction, import, and export restriction because of this it reduces the consumption
so many things. It affects the company very badly specially the manufacturing industries.
