INTRODUCTION
Global childhood is the context of childhood nature and their history related to their
upbringing. 200 million children who are not meeting their potential needs and wants. To full fill
their growth development present report based on Global Childhood. In which it will cover the
NGOs contribution for the development of children in global context. NGOs plays a very
important role in the development of country and their citizens. They will help to those people
who are not much capable to full fill their basis needs and wants. Further it will discuss theme 1
in which they explain the role of women in order to rebuild the communities after disasters.
Besides, how charities focus on capacity building also they will give sources and techniques to
maintain the sustainability. Besides, in second theme it will explain the risk of children in
poverty circumstances. How many challenges and discomfort they will face in their routine life.
It will focus on the relationship between children to their parents. In third theme, it will define
the role of women to carry on things in positive manner. Overall this present essay will cover the
all important aspects of Global children which helps to understand the actual position of children
and their surroundings. Moreover, in fourth theme they will explain the different culture is
required different approaches and methods to accomplish the NGOs target in which they cover
several aspects such as, respect, tradition, religion, culture, age and women and matriarchal
societies.
CONTEXT
NGOs is the non profit organisation which establish for the social welfare. Its main aim is
to develop the human growth and helps to those who is not capable to meet the needs of their day
to day life (Black and et.al, 2017). Its run for providing help not to earn money or profit. It forms
by group of member which is organised on a national, local or international level. It is a task
oriented and driven by people with common goal. NGOs provides services for humanitarian
functions, give importance of social welfare human development and provide guidance and helps
unsustainable people. They also protect the human rights and their environment safety.
For start up Non Governmental organisation then it takes long process and require some
non profit charitable entrepreneurship. It requires resources and proper material to implement the
plan according to correct manner (Broyles and et.al, 2015). The person who wants to start the
NGO they need to make strong vision and objective for the development then arrange some
financial resources to collect the fund for the NGO. NGOs collect funds through several big

organisation in the form of charity and donation. It is very beneficial for the companies who
donate high amount of funds and money for the social development. NGOs need to approach
high business man to collect the fund. Besides, after that they need to abide all laws and
regulations which is required for NGOs., After that need to get registered from government laws.
They also need to collect members and support team to manage all the other functions or
activities to build strongest NGO. They also make sure to make some points which is very
necessary for the NGO (James and Prout, eds., 2015).

negative impacts and help to reduce the poverty situations. Overall, it makes country stronger
and sustainable. These NGOs aims are very significant and essential and approachable to covers
the country needs and wants. For that company needs to adopt all important services and growth
to develop the services to protect the human rights and child development opportunities. It also
makes environment positive and enhance integrity among the people to maintain the healthy and
wealthy environment. Overall, NGOs are the most fruitfull organisation which helps country to

Disasters result reducing the humans, environment and economic effects. It focuses on
women's active participation in rebuilding the communities based recovery. Community
practises for sustainable development it is an innovative partnership (Liu and et.al, 2015). In this
process women is the only person who devote and contribute their part to rebuild the community
level. After the such disasters like, Hurricane, tornado, flood, explosion, hazardous, material
accidents, mass shooting, fire, famine. It makes big impacts on the economy and reduce the
people suitability level. From which human suffering from lack of human needs. In this context
the women empowerment has discovers the same short of rescue campaigns, preparation
emergency management, relief and recovery plans. It covers the overall management and
situation of the disaster. It overall covers the fact that women plays a very significant role of
women to contribute their unpaid roles in disasters. At the time of disasters women and women's
organisation contribute their fullest part in making planning and recovery in order to reduce
negative impacts on the people. Overall it provides, emergency planning involves the risk
management and rescue resources which helps humans to get food and necessary items. It also
provides essential requirement of humans at that time. Along with that most of the women
voluntaries who make sure the environment and try to provide help and services to the humans.
Overall it makes overall development process. They also provide medical facilities to the injured
persons, and they also protect the children who lost their parents in the disasters. Women's
organisation is the strong powerful force who rescue the disasters and take out the humans from
that disasters (Punch, 2015). These women's NGOs are the most essential part at the of disasters.
Local women's service organisation helps to local communities in order to reduce the impact of
disaster. Women's services are more vulnerable to their families to receive additional services to
protect the families and provides them best services.
They also take help of communication system to make all people aware through
communication media. All these charitable trust are focus on the human empowerment. For that
they serve many services and benefits for unsustainable peoples. These all are the leaders and
representative on the behalf of country citizens. In order to provide the best services and
resources for the poor peoples. Capacity builders plays a very important role that supports and
shape the non profit organisation and their leaders. It also helps to enhance the capability level of
leaders and enhance their skills and capabilities (Rippin and Hyde, 2017). Overall it makes

competitive environment in order to build economic growth and development growth that can
make more effective and efficient. They help to maintain the society level sustain and good.
These community builders also provides many opportunities and growth for the country welfare.
In order to provide growth and reduce poverty ratio. They have many sources for capacity
builders who provides helps for development such as consultant, members, peer to peer, web
based education. Overall the main role of capacity builder is to provide services and supports to
the humans and minimize the risk factor of them (Still, 2016).
Overall, it shows that in all families women is the leaders and boss who protects the
family in good manner they understand the needs and wants of children make friendly nature
with their children. Overall it makes safe and secure environment for the families. She
accomplishes their domestic duties and responsibilities. They always consider their children first
and give them effective upbringing surrounding and growth. She is the leader in the family.
Women is plays a very important role in the family to take decision and planning process in
which they cover the all needs of their families (Tate and et.al, 2016).
THEME 2
At the time of poverty children has faced many challenges and risk which is not good for
the children health and safety. This situation makes uncertain activities and environment for the
children. These certain situations affect the children growth and development they facing the
problem of enough resources and necessary essentials lack of food services, improper
environment, health risk, lack of education risk. They facing several risks in poverty
circumstances. It makes economy low and ineffective (Watson, 2017).
During the poverty and disaster children are not able to sustain the self confidence they
lose their mental level and confused in making decision process. After the disaster children were
lost their conscious level through which they get depressed and unhappy. For that parents should
take some step to recover those moments with new motivation and encouragement among
children. It makes process much easier and it will give children support. There some steps and
rescue functions which helps parents to recover the situation like. Listen to the children and
make full fill their wants, in some situation children look to their parents specially mothers,
Because mother is the only person who understand the feelings of their child. She helps a lot to
their children and make them happy (Wells, 2015).

There is a special bonding between child and mother and with father as well. Like if
children wants anything they as to their father and if they want to share something and need for
the food that go to the mother. Girl child always very frank with mothers, on the other side boy
child always share his things with fathers if they want some expensive things. So relationship
with the parents are very special and priceless (Liu and et.al, 2016). It makes bonding more
strong and effective. This relationship bonding will help in uncertain activities such as in
disasters and in poverty. If children faces any issue regarding harassment and molestation they
can easily contact with their parents weather with mother or father. Mother and child relationship
is qualitative among all other relationships. It influences the family functions and bonding with
each other. And relationship father helps to protect the family from problems. Children growth
is need to be very serious matter for all parents, this increases the children growth and
opportunities.
The role of women in disaster to protect the children safety. Country may faces any
disaster and uncertainty in the country anytime. Due to heavy loss of lots of lives and human
distortion people facing higher level of damages. Children were suffered lost of problems and
discomfort (Punch, 2015). At that time women organisation which belongs to the NGO they
provide support and resources in order to minimize the impact. Women's helps to make plans,
make designs, implementing and monitoring emergency programmes. The main role of women
is to protect the child labour and child education so that poor people can also get knowledge and
skills to make their own path and way to achieve the higher goals. Overall, women is the person
who is much concern about their child and their safety So that women organisation contribute
their major part in the development of children safety (Black and et.al, 2017). NGOs have
responsibility to ensure the children safety in terms of malpractices, harassment, and education.
So that, children cannot facing any problem and issue. Women protects the life and development
process of children to make base stronger and productive.
THEME 3
Sustainable goals are the global goals to remove the poverty and miss practises with
human rights. It also aims to ensure the healthy and safe environment of the country in which all
human beings enjoy peace and prosperity (Still, 2016). Such goals are innovation, sustainable
consumption, peace justice. Sustainable goals are collection of 17 goals set by the United
nations. All goals have their own set of responsibilities and goals. They main aim is to develop

the social and economic development such as poverty control, hunger, health, education of
children, gender equality, water sanitisation, social justice, climate change etc. it makes
environment strong and positives it makes good development of childhoods, in this whole
scenario women is the key player to maintain the sustainability level of children. It will cover the
overall development process in overall period (Watson, 2017). In these goals women's plays a
very important role to accomplish the overall goals and objectives in better manner. Women
understand the feelings of children and treat them as a mother. It also helps to provide all
necessary amenities and resources which is required for the children growth. Only women can
keep community stable and maintainable. They also make sure about the necessities of children
which helps them to enahnce the motivation level of children.
THEME 4
NGOs requires different approaches and Methodist to handle the people according to
their culture background. They need to adopt several methods to handle the situation. Like adults
are enough mature to understand the things but due to lack of mental stability and support they
misguided, on the other side children wants soft spoken and some pampering approach to
understand them in better ways (Punch, 2015). Every individual behave differently on the basis
of their age, gender, religion, tradition and family background.
NGO requires some approaches and styles to handle the humanitarian and social
development. NGOs make sure that with their methods service user are get satisfied and happy.
In today's world there are various NGOs who adopt several approaches and methods to analyse
the actual requirement and process. Overall, in families it has only persons who take care of
every person in the family which is most capable and stronger to handle the things in more
effective manner. Besides, women is the stronger person in the family who always been their in
the bad situations and protects is family through disasters. But women always handle situations
as per the scenario. It makes family stronger and happy. Children care and upbringing is the
foremost duty for a woman. For that they adopt many approaches and methods to protect them in
a better manner. Family members gives respect and owner to elders such as grandfather,
grandmother, mother and father. Every culture has their own religions and rules which depends
the human behaviours. In the context of Non profit organisation they also need to adopt
approaches for different cultures peoples (Broyles and et.al, 2015). For every children it is very
important for them to know its religion values and importance. It provides safe and secure

environment throughput which NGOs enhance the motivation level of peoples. They also make
sure about the human belongs to which environment and culture. NGOs helps poor people which
faces the problem of human needs which is related to the poverty and miss practises with
humanitarian. NGOs helps to reduce the negative the circumstances and negative efforts to
minimize the potential risk and growth and enhance the economy stable and strong in terms of
human happiness and satisfaction level (Punch, 2015). It also provides some great services to
other religion peoples who does not able to afford children education and their medical expenses.
They treat people on the basis of their comfort zone. This increases the overall growth of
country. Women organisation are focus on the children development and women empowerment.
To support the country welfare. It impacts on global childhood which is most important for the
children development (Liu and et.al, 2015).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that global childhood is very necessary to
sustain the children growth and upbringing. Further, it focussed on the role of Non Governmental
organisation in United Kingdom. NGOs main purpose is to provide all necessary services to
needed persons and children. They run their business for making social welfare rather than earn
profit. They also provide some extra services such as in disasters they provide food facilities and
other necessary things such as clothes, foods, shelter. Along with that it covered the role of
women's in the development of children growth. As per the discussion above, it can be
concluded that women's is the person who hold the family responsibilities in great manner.
Along with they provide all services and protection which is required in their family in bad
situations. Only women can understand the feelings of their child in bad situation and guide them
in the best manner. It makes family stable and strong. It also covered the relationship of children
with their mother and father. So it can be discussed that all monetary terms are handle by the
father and all emotional support and command will be in hand of women. It makes relationship
stronger and happier. In children context NGOs needs to take more actions and development
techniques to take more development plans. This increases the process of country development
and also reduce the poverty level. Along with that they need analyse the actual position of
families which suffered from disasters, Also they need to provide all necessary services to them.
Besides, NGOs needs top provide education services and enhancement policies which provides
education services to poor children. This increases the role of children education and develop

more opportunity growth. Furthermore, this report discussed the role of NGOs in the economy. It
is the only business entity which aim is to provide social services rather than profit revenues.
Along with that if NGOs fails to recover the necessary needs of poor persons so that country
cannot reduce the poverty ratio and cannot achieve their economic development process. It also
needs to determine the needs of poor persons to provide helps and full growth. This increases the
satisfaction level of children and make them confident and motivated. For that NGOs needs to
expand its functions and approaches in order to achieve poor peoples needs and wants. It also
helps to enhance the global childhoods.
