Idea of global citizenship

individual live. It motivates people to critically evaluate the equitable aspects and facts that will
reduce the harms our planet is suffering from. Global citizens needs to be aware regarding own
responsibilities as a world citizen. They must respect variations, diversities and understand the
working criteria within world (Tan, 2017). As a global citizen, an individual needs to participate
in activities from local to global level. This will makes the world more sustainable place to live.
Global citizenship is a great idea as people overview things in accordance with world not
merely as a part of some country or tribe. This results in taking decisions which are beneficial
for whole community rather than individual nations. Global citizenship will motivates the
beings to live harmoniously but it can affects in a bad way also as “good people” may get
harmed and “bad people” will get benefits even without providing efforts to maintain
sustainability within the world. If given proper consideration, it will makes the world a better
place to live in comparison with current scenario. A holistic view will be considered while
implementing strategies to fight against issues like global warming and climate change (Goren
and Yemini, 2017). Even if a nation is facing economic harm for short time, they will approve
those proposal that are in favour of entire world. It will bring positive policies for everyone due
to which issues like terrorism, financial instability, political turmoil will reduce.
