Williams, 2016). It is the concept that has been produced a varied and contested understandings

dimensions such as awareness, participation and responsibility. Global citizen has to understand
and ensure that there should not exist any tension between moral obligations and nationalist
sense of duty to the rest of the world (O'Byrne, 2017.). Global citizenship involves the personal
respect and respect for others where ever a person lives. Exploring global citizenship can help
learners grow more confident in order to stand up for their beliefs, values, skills in evaluating the
