challenges related to increase in levels of globalization in various countries (Salvador &
Benghozi, 2017). The social contracts have an impact on the economy, society and the business
organization as well. The global trends are able to offer new opportunities to different sectors,
countries and companies as well. The global disruptions are taken into consideration by policy
makers, business leaders and the different individuals in order to enhance the organizational
processes (Corwin, 2018).
The concept of global disruption can be understood in an effective manner with the help
of different examples that had a major impact on their respective industries. The example of
Netflix can be taken into consideration for the purpose of understanding the proper impact of
