INTRODUCTION
Global enterprise refers to those enterprises that has its headquarter in one country but
operates their business into different countries. Global enterprises are also known as the
transnational corporation or multinational companies. There are certain characteristics of global
enterprises which includes huge capital resources, centralized control, expansion of market
territory and foreign collaboration as well. At the global level, consultancy practice is about the
practice or profession of giving advice into expert form which is specially within a particular
field. Consultancy practices is about the practices of providing a third party with expertise on a
matter in the exchange of a fee. The present report will cover discussion about the reflection for
the working of a business client and the consultancy project with support of reflection model or
theory. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the experience which informs the
future career plan and learning beyond the academic degree.

According to the scenario, it has been observed that I will create a consultancy team of
five students with my colleagues from the seminar group and select a subject which is primarily
focused on the mindset and accountability coach, relationship and health and fitness coach s
well. As I was presenting for the first time for the UK client so I was feeling little bit nervous
and hesitated whether I can present successfully to the client or not. This is basically a
consultancy project which has been presented with my team. In context to this situation, there is
model of Gibb’s which can be applied into appropriate manner to the given situation which is
defined into the following manner:
Experience of the situation: According to the situation, I have presented to the very first time to
the UK client with my team so I was very excited and happy to present the subject into positive
manner to the client. I have presented all the information which is the result of overall
contribution of my team members as well. The main outcome of the situation that the client felt
very happy and also gained proper knowledge about the subject. I was here basically to represent

Feelings and thoughts about the experience: During the situation, I was feeling little bit
nervous and a small kind of fear because I was presenting for the very first time to the client of
UK. Before the situation, I was feeling very excited and happy that finally this day has come to
present to the clients which was the result of my whole team members effort. After present to the
clients, I was feeling very satisfied and a sense of completion I was feeling because the clients
reactions seems to be very positive and supportive as well. During this situation, my other team
members also feeling very nervous that whether their hard work will pay off into positive
manner or not. According to my own point of view, other people also felt into the similar manner
that I was feeling.
Evaluation of the experience: According to my point of view, there are certain parameters
which were very good and also there were certain parameters which were not up to the mark.
According to my experience, I have learnt that presenting the subject into concise and to the
point manner helps me in terms of gaining the confidence level of my UK clients. The bad point
is that during the time of presenting the information they were trying to cross question in the
middle path so that was sometimes irritated for me and diverted me from the main subject. I was
expecting that they ask question at the end so that I was also felt comfortable in answering them.
Analysis of the situation: According to the analysis of the situation, I have found that there
were certain reasons due to which things go well and there were certain reasons due to which
things didn’t go well. The support system of my team members helps me in turning out the
things into positive manner. Sometimes client questions were irrelevant from the subject due to
which I was not able to fully concentrate while presenting the information. So this is the bad
point which does not support according to the given situation. From the situation, I make sense
that I have to be very smart, attentive and to the point in every aspect so that I can’t give them a
chance to cross question me into negative sense.
Conclusion: I have learnt from this situation that the situation can be improved into more
positive manner if I understand the basic reason behind about asking several questions from me.

Action plan: If I had to face similar situation again then I would differently approach to the UK
client so that I can directly reach to their desire levels and fulfills their expectation within a set
period of time. There are certain skills on which I need to work on so that I can more confidently
deal with this UK client. I can make sure that I can act differently for the next time because next
time I will be more prepares and the approach of presenting the information is of more in the
form of updated and of more advanced level as well so that me and my team members can
perform beyond the expectation level of UK client.
So in the overall manner, I have learnt that I have to keep updated myself over the period
of time and also grasp the skills according to advanced level with modern techniques as well. I
have also learnt that it totally changed my perspective towards my career path for which I need
to constantly work for it and from the future perspective I have to create a road map for it. For
this purpose I have to make a career action plan which will support me in terms of fulfilling the
objectives of my target into positive manner. A career action plan is a kind of dynamic planning
document which is managed and owned by young people which is intended to reflect their
increased career development learning. There are certain skills which need to include into my
career action plan which can be further divided into short term, medium term and long term
goals as well. These goals are defined into the following manner:
Short term goals: These are the goals which can be achieved within a week or two weeks as
well. Within the short term goals, I have decided to grasp knowledge for a particular topic which
is relevant to the current period of time and this process can be repeated according to changing
period of time. I also work on my reading skills due to which I will be more clear and concise
from the future perspective.
Medium term goals: These are the goals which one takes a bit longer period of time and it
could be achieved within a month or perhaps six months as well. Within medium term goals, I
have decided to work to work on my analytical skills so that I can understand the client into more
direct manner and the expectation levels within a set period of time.
