product that must be protected and preserved in the right manner as it’s a daily taking among

the best for clients. In so doing, the firm would be destined for greater growth.
A positive organization culture leads to greater levels of success. The culture present at
Toyota aims at producing quality and ensuring a replica of the experience while using their
products. In the same respect, McDonalds ought to develop a positive organizational culture
where quality has to remain keen. Quality drives performance and thus the implementation and
execution of high standards of food would project the firm higher and capable of competing with
