INTRODUCTION
Global Event Industry is the international industry for communication which is
formed for connecting peoples and brand power of the live events (Claar and et.al.,
2018).. . Their multi-disciplinary team formed of fiercely passionate, creative and
innovative events professionals from all over the world with the wide and different
experiences and backgrounds.
The above study includes the examining diversity of global event industry,
including its organization and their structure and role o various types of events in the
society. Evaluating the factors which influenced the development of events industry
world wide. Accessing the impact, value and legacy of number of global events on
environment in which they are operated. The study further carried forward with the
management strategies which are used for supporting responsible event development
for wide range of global events. The report ends with the determination of negative and
positive impacts the macro environment has upon the global event industry which

being organized by the local committee. Like for example alumni events, which are kind

audiences are local. These events can be organized in any local area. This can be any
short event like arranging playing activities for children (Mueller and et.al., 2018).
Major events- These can be described as one pf the biggest event. It includes large
number of audiences. These major events also comprises of a lot of investment and
public. Like for example Wimbledon, Olympics and FIFA. It consists of large venue. It
can also consist of chief guest and more public. These major events can be organized
for fun and entertainment. It can attract large number of travelers.

Hallmark event- Hallmark tourist events are major fairs, expositions, cultural and
sporting events of international status which are held on either a regular or a one-off
basis. A primary function of the hallmark event is to provide the host community with an
opportunity to secure high prominence in the tourism market place. It can also attract
large number of travellers (Santos. and et.al., 2019)

Cultural events- These types of events are being organized so that the event organizers
can highlight the culture of various parties. Various communities culture is being
enhanced. In this a huge amount of decoration is being done so that more community
members and society people is being attracted towards them. These type of events can
also be conducted at local or national level. It also requires huge amount of investment

conducted and organized. Like for example cricket, football and many more. These

at the corporate level. It can include business meetings. It make them more likeable

generation with leading high amount of income for the country. In 20th century the event
industry have been mainly emerged where people's main perception not depended on
professionals for getting help. With the emergence of globalization and technological
advancement the event industry has got a huge growth globally. With the hike in the
spending and disposable income of consumers more peoples are attracted towards
spending more on luxury experiences(Borisov and et.al., 2019). There is increase in the
customer disposable income year by year which allow the consumer to spend more in
the luxury services and are also receiving that. It has also been noted that the large
amount of money is contributed by this industry to the economy of the country which is
helpful in the growth and development of the country. The huge amount of money is
spend by business events which is $2 trillion to global economy and this directly impacts
the GDP of the country and the GDP has been raised. Every year more and more
participants are attracted towards the events and which is helpful in generating high
amount of revenue for the world. If events are organized then different visitors will visit
the country from across the world and thus they will spend money on different sectors
like booking of flights, booking of hotels, transportations, food, shopping etc., So if
visitors from different countries visit the country then the various currencies entered the
country and high spending is being done by visitors thus the GDP of country will directly
increase. This is how the event industry highly contributes to the economy of the
country.
The event industry will be successful only if it motivates and attracts the large
number of visitors to visit the country and attending the event. There are different
motivational and demand factors of tourist which are understanding values and culture
of different countries. This motivational factors and demand attracts the various culture
events and thus it is helpful for the organization in gaining huge revenues. Some of the
people are highly attracted towards music and are motivated towards understanding
and listening the genres of music from different countries thus this helps in moving them
towards the music events(Claar and et.al., 2018). The event industry has globally

expanded from past decade., along with that they have entered into the new market
with the innovative ideas. Many of the event organization are diversified so served the
new customers effectively. The event industry has created a wide opportunity for the
people worldwide and has developed their presence all over the world globally. Thus
the employment opportunities has been created for local communities and near by
areas(Sajjadiani, Kammeyer-Mueller and Benson, 2019). So hike in the visitors to
country the company need more people to work for them and who can perform different
activities and help in entertaining the visitors. So the events have become major source
of income for the backward class and local community people in the country who can
sell their historic products.
