 Scenario: “ICC Cricket world 2019, organized by England and Wales
Cricket board (ECB) in which 10 teams from all across the globe has
taken participation. It was the last mega contest which was organized
in the world. The venues for this event were the different cricket
stadium in England and Wales”.

 Environment factor are the factor which has affects the decision
making and organization behavior in the organization as their was huge
interpretation of the rain in the event which has forced the organizer to
take the different decision in the organization so that they are able to
manage the viewer and the team member very effectively in the
stadium.
 Legal factor is the another factor which has affected the

Recommendations for
improvements
 After going through the macro analysis it can be said that the organizer
should have used the CME measure to known the natural issue which
may have affected the event and on basis of that it can be
recommended that the event organizer should have reserve day for the
match so that quality of the performance can be improved in the event.
