borders. In addition, this particular event has great participation of people from different
countries, which also contributes to the financial support of the country. Therefore, you can
easily improve the engagement of people in different geographical locations through one
platform or venue (Séraphin and Nolan, 2018).

From the above evaluation report, we can conclude that the organization and operation of
an event is a broad concept consisting of various factors and forces that influence it. For
example, the main findings of this report include different types of events and their structure and
decided then the event cant take place because it is one of the few several first steps.
