Introduction
Management of an event can sometimes proves to be a complex process considering
several aspects of market conditions and regular changes in consumer behaviours. The term
event management refers to application of techniques derived from project management for
ensuring better usage of resources being invested in the event. In the given context, operational
working of “ExCel, London” which is an exhibition and international convention centre in the
Royal Docks, East London. The respective exhibition centre started its operations since 2000 and
was owned by Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (Arriagada and Ibáñez, 2019). For the
given report, various researches will be conducted on the specified business operational area of
the corporate firm with respect to engage better usage of resources for performing better business
operations. Moreover, this report is is an inclusion of exploring factors through which chosen
company can attain its growth objectives and will evaluate factors that influence growth factors
for the given company.
