INTRODUCTION
A multi-disciplinary team which is the combination of professional of innovations, passionate as
well as creative events. These professional could be from all across the world with variety of
experiences and backgrounds. This diversity in the team is the core of inspiration and creativity
of the event. This diversification in the team which conducts the global level event enable the
event with ideas, innovations, cultures and with many more experiences. Such event is flawlessly
executed, and they are truly connected with the audiences. In this report is has been discussed the
various positive and negative impacts of macro environment on the conduction of such event
followed by the SWOT analysis of such global event (Qie and et.al, 2019).

Local Events- local events are the events which have vents which are organized by the
event planner for the local community which will involve them into the activities according to
the nature of the events. These events are small events which do not have much coverage and
also allows limited public which are part of a club or a group. Local events are those events
which can be managed by some group of peoples like students, some by the other regional group
they prepared for the events who have public in countable numbers. Local events are those
events organised by students and many other group. Theses events are small in nature and these

Major Events- Major events are the events which are organised by the event companies as the
nature of this even is nationwide and it has the capacity to attract more public. In these events
many companies also sponsor the financial aspects to promote their business and increase their
sales. These events are in short period and are very popular in nature, and these events are also
considered as a very special events for the public who visits it. Major events are organised by the
major groups and they also advertise their events in these major events. Events which have so
many peoples working in it and making big stages where lots of the public are coming to attend
to watch and participate in these events. These major events give employment to the localities.
Major events design by the most famous artist and they have some expertise team.
Hallmark events- these events are done internationally to promote the culture and boost the
tourism industry in the country. These events also help to increase the growth rate of the

economy and it includes the cultural festivals and social gathering to portray the culture of the
region to the tourist. Hallmark events are the events which are major fairs, expositions, sports
events some celebrity charity events and cultural programs on the international level which have
no limit in budget as they are big in nature. Hallmark events are those events which provide the
host company to grow and represent their company in the international market and show their
exhibition to the world and show their talent to the world. Environmental and social significant
secure them high opportunities and give the business and platform to show their creativity. These
events are more attractive and mostly organised to attract more tourist and which helps the host
country to stable there economy..

There are few factors which influenced the development of the global events which are as
follows:
The growth and emergence of the event industry: social media is the main and major part
of the global events which put impact on the industry due to details and status of the
events which is updated and the published to increased in the awareness of individuals.
Where social media have there impact on the events and these effects are like where they
update any information it grows like fire and whole world can see the events details in the
market where event organizers also put tickets online where general public can buy it.
Social media has an impact on every aspect of the events which are famous as global
events where they can also research the about the consumer attitudes towards the
intentions towards the events as they set events on Facebook where they can also get the
data on the expression base of the customers which justify that how many people are
ready for the events and how many people are interested in it. Technology has made a
massive impact on the change to the events industry. Public can buy the online tickets
where they do not have to stand in the line of the events. The impact of the media allows
marketers to promote their product to a global audience. In addition, as the sport industry
continues to grow, there may be greater focus on specialization within event management
although many organizations currently employ a limited number of employees
responsible for event.
