INTRODUCTION
Events are essential because it allow more engaging experience with the audience.
Events categories in many form. This retort deal with global events. Global events are a
limited duration and it has a global reach. Global events needs public investment
because it give impact on the environment and population. It allow all the components
globally. Global events consider as a international agency which communicate and
connect with people, brands with the help of live events. The organization is selected for
this project is ExCel London. It is a an exhibition and globally convention centre
situated in Custom House London. It hosted many events like G20 London summit, The
MCM London comic con and many more. In this report, analyse the diversity of the
global events industry and explain its structure and evaluate the role of the various
types of events in context of society. This report also deal with those factors which give
impact on the development of event industry on international level and also measure the
impact and legacy of global events on global environment and also analyse the positive
and negative impact on the macro environment.

Global events is playing a prominent role in the the field of events industry. With
the help of global events its easy to connect with the international audience. The
diversification of global events categories on the basis of size , form or content. All the
categories are discussed below-
On the basis of size
Events are categories on the basis of their Size. There are many types of events
comes under as a size. Events size vary as per the events purpose and objectives.
There are various kinds of events explained according to their size. ExCel London is a
international event exhibition centre, under this centre many types of events conducted
according to the size (Baldwin and et. al., 2019).

the help of these events large number of audience and media covered and which is also
beneficial for the economically. ExCel London organized lots of mega events like British
International Motor Show which was organized in 2006 and 2008 , this major event
attract 400,000 visitors on the event venue and with this company also organized music
festival with live performances.

Mega events organize internationally. Mega events are comes under short term
events which give profit and benefit for a longer period of time. The main purpose of this
events is to encourage and motivate large number of people in relation of businesses
so that business maintain their market position. These events require massive
investments. ExCel London organized many mega events including Nickelodeon Kid's
Choice Award which is first time conduct in UK (Diffenbaugh and et. al., 2017).

These events are are conducted to all the people together. Local community
events are are based on the native areas and some communities. All the people meet
for the get together in a public property. . In these events local people enjoy event

event is to enhance economic growth of the country and society.

The size of businesses events is minimum. At least 20 person involved in this
meeting and conduct the businesses activities. The main motive of this events to create
the relationship with clients and customers and promote the products and services of
the business. ExCel London also organized many business events like clothes Show
London. Seminars, conferences , workshops and business meeting are example of
businesses events (George, Ray and Kumar,2019).
