Research Scope
This research will identify the ways in which a small-scale company can expand their
business can expand their business into the global market. A decade ago it has already
been mentioned by Thomas Friedman (2005) that it is easier to communicate and
execute the business at a global scale. The domestic market has become saturated and
with increase in number of competitors in the market gaining competition using
innovative products is short lived and only boosts the short-term sales of the
organization (Carlson 2017). Moreover, the foreign competitors are also entering the
domestic market so global expansion as a strategic objective is a possible way. A
considerable amount of time has passed since then and with the advent of globalization
it has become much simpler for organization to expand their business in international
market. However, that does not mean that any company can haste into the international
market without any preparations. The study will initially validate the fact that whether it is
possible for the organization to expand into the global market and the different factors
that will have to be taken into consideration before making the expansion. This will
consist of developing a feasibility study where the capital requirements, target market,
product specifications, infrastructure and market analysis will be taken into account for
identifying the optimal situation for the small-scale businesses for making a global
expansion.
Research Aim
The study will start by analyzing the different factors essential for making a global
expansion. Initially the literature will validate the feasibility of a small-scale business in
making their international expansion. The different factors for making global expansion
will be identified and recommendations will be providing by linking with the analysis.

meaning data using different analytical methods to derive relevant findings.
The data will be accessed through google scholar where websites like research gate
will be used to find relevant material for developing the literature. The survey for the
primary data will be executed through emails.
