Organisation overview
The head quarter of the company is situated in
Switzerland. The global fund is an independent
and non-profit company hosted by WHO in
2002.
The aim of TheGlobalFund is to accelerate the
end of few diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS,
and malaria (Rivera, 2018). Australia is the
second nation to join Global fund. With the help
of this initiative, Australia has invested huge
money to support TB programs with the Global
Fund and helped several people to overcome
issues related to health. This program is world`s
largest financier.
Contributing to common Goods and
contributing to the organization
A common good serve a shared standpoint towards the
“global functions” of health cooperation regarding the
activities going beyond the boundaries of person and
thinking to serve people suffering from malaria, and
tuberculosis.
While contributing good, The Global Fund comply with
several theories such as global solidarity, stewardship of
creation, participation, and human dignity as it serve for the
wellness of people by availing them services for healthcare
at free of cost. The principles of the CST contributes greatly
to the organisations by delegating them principles.
CST promotes to become a social being who is in
interrelationship between others. It promotes the dignity of
each human being. Human dignity promotes the dignity of
each human in the promotion of common good. It grounds
the correlation of the duties and rights promoting right of
the workers.
The company has several stories of effective community
regarding engagement of Tuberculosis and malaria (Sachs, &
Traub, 2017). The company is an civil society based on
community, which represent people living and being
affected by the disease (Sachs, & Traub, 2017).
Professional Contribution
This can be a developing and examining as the potential
donor for the country and there will be the evaluation of
different financing models for the indirect contributions
(Lillie et al., 2018). At provisional level of dealing in global
public goods. For instance- several professions include
knowledge generation and conducting research of new
tools with an aim to tackle the neglected diseases.
With an aim to implement the co-financing policies with an
aim to coordinate provision of the technical assistance to
