Summary and background of the company
Global Health Management is one of the organization that is leading in terms of provision of
health. The organization employs several perspectives which focus on the distribution and
determinants of health in international context there are;
Economics which focuses on cost-benefit and cost effectiveness approaches for optimal
allocation of health resources
Medicine aspect which describes the pathology of diseases and also promotes treatment,
diagnosis, and prevention
Demography which provides data for policy decisions
Public health which emphasizes on health of populations
Epidemiology which assists in identifying of risk factors and causes of health related
issues
Due to the increase in number of students at NYU, there is an increase in demand of
services such as sharing of medical records before the doctors’ appointments, uploading

Founded in September 2018, Global Health Management App is the first medical app that
allows customers to forget about medical paperwork. This is the first mobile app that integrates
AI to scan paper documents and transform them into electronic medical records so that
customers can always have access to them. It helps manage their medical records, including
vaccines, allergies, past and current treatments in one single device.
Global Health Management App arises to solve some of the issues and difficulties that
international students suffer when they are accepted in US colleges. They struggle to send in
vaccination updates and medical records on time due to difficulties accessing them. Global

and retrieval of medical records.
The development of Global Health Management App is supported by New York
University and will be tested on NYU international students. In the near future, the goal is to
implement new services such as the ability to share medical records before doctors’
appointments, render data for research purposes, and upload insurance cards.

RFP schedule 3: Term of agreement
General Terms
Global Health Management will only accept fixed price contracts with vendors, which
will be based on the hours needed to achieve Global Health Management deliverables. In the
case that the provided personnel do not finish within the agreed timeline, Global Health
Management will no longer be responsible for paying extra hours.
The contract is the entire agreement between GHM and the contractor in relation to the
matters set out in this contract document. No any other terms and conditions which may be
included or implied. Any representation, guarantee, representation or any other term that is not
contained in this contract has no effect

Waiver
A contractor failure, relaxation or delay in exercising any right or power it has under this
contract does not mean that contractor has given up
Issuing department and key contact
How GHM understands success
Any modification or amendment proposed by the Contractor must be in writing to Global
Health Management. Any agreed-upon modification must be in writing and signed by
both parties.
The Contractor is required to provide Global Health Management with detailed data
concerning the contract.
Global Health Management reserves the right to audit the Contractor’s records to verify
the data.
If the Contractor defaults in its agreement to provide the selected personnel to Global
Health Management, or in any other way fails to provide service in accordance with the
contract terms, Global Health Management shall promptly notify the Contractor of such
default and if adequate correction is not made within five (5) calendar days, the
Contractor will return the 30% advance payment plus 10% more due to expenses
incurred. Global Health Management may take whatever action it deems necessary to
provide alternate services and may, at its option, immediately cancel this contract with
written notice.
If the Contractor needs clarification of, or deviation from, the terms of the contract, it is
the Contractor’s responsibility to obtain written clarification or approval from Global
Health Management.

The Contractor agrees to be responsible for, and to protect, save harmless, and indemnify
Global Health Management and its employees from and against all loss, damage, cost and
expense (including attorney’s fees) suffered or sustained by the Global Health
Management or become liable by reason of injury (including death) to persons or
property or other causes whatsoever, connection with the installation, the operation of the
Contractor or any subcontractor under this agreement.
The contract shall be controlled by the laws of the state of New York.
Financial: If requested, Bidders shall supply one copy of the following:
Audited financial statements or tax forms from three years.
History and description of the company.
A list of three references shall be submitted with your proposal. These references
should be agencies your firm has done business with in the past years on projects
with a similar scope.
Bidders must include all taxes and fees that would be assignable to Global Health
Management in the fee schedule.
Bidders must provide a description of all liability and property insurances that Bidders
will have in place relative to the contract as outlined in this RFP. A valid Certificate of
Insurance is required with additional insured information to be provided by Global Health
Management.
RFP schedule 4: Issuing Department and Key contact
GHM Secretariat can authorize representatives or a 3rd party to provide and instruct clarification
to the contractor or the vendor. The vendor or the contractor needs to liaise closely and even
work with appointed project overseer of the project in performing the activities of the

application. The vendor needs to always keep the project overseer informed of the development
progress of the services, budget and timelines.

How Vendors will be evaluated
Global Health Management would prefer to use a single vendor. Global Health
Management App will allow subcontractors. Bidders who are partnering with other
providers must include detailed information on partners, in writing, with their response.
Global Health Management will only take into consideration the best five proposals that
best meet the criteria described in the following bullet point.
Proposals will be evaluated based on staff certifications (see Appendix A), experience
(minimum of 3 years) on projects with a similar scope, references from at least 3 projects,
overall cost, and delivery timeline. (Detailed scores on Appendix B)
In the case of a score tie between two or more companies, Global Health Management
App will choose the one with those designs that best express its purposes.
Bidders are encouraged to include detailed technical information, as well as examples of
similar projects where they were involved, in the RFP response.
Include all agreements requiring Global Health Management signatures, and any
supporting documentation referenced by said agreements
Award of Proposal
Interviews may be requested by Global Health Management to aid in the selection
process.
Unless specified otherwise, all proposals shall be valid for 60 days from the due date of
the proposal.
Global Health Management reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject any or all
proposals in whole or in part, and are not bound to accept the lowest cost proposal if that
proposal is contrary to the best interests of the Global Health Management.

Contract(s) may be awarded separately or to a single vendor, based on what is in the best
interest of Global Health Management.
The information contained in proposals will be held in confidence until all concluded and
an award has been made.
Bidder assumes all costs of preparation of the proposal and any presentations necessary
during the proposal process.
The term of contract, which may be awarded contractor to this RFP, will be 5 years.
By mutual agreement, any contract which may be awarded contractor to this RFP, may be
extended for an additional two-year term at agreed prices with all other terms and
conditions remaining the same.
At the conclusion of the RFP response evaluation process, the awarded contractor will be
notified in writing by e-mail or certified mail, of the Notice of Recommendation to Award by
Global Health Management
RFP schedule 6: Communication Guide
It is the responsibility of Bidders to inquire about any requirement that is not understood.
Responses to inquiries, if they change or clarify the RFP in a substantial manner, will be
forwarded in writing to all parties that have received a copy of the RFP. Inquiries must be made
