The aim of this report is to focus on the global importance system implementation that
will help in the development of the business market. The organization chosen for this report is
Crystalnix, New Zealand. The organization is basically an IT based company. The report focuses
on the strategy that is used for managing the global information and that are shared along with
the CIO of the organization. This will also include managing the operational efficiency of that
can be achieved with the Crystalnix organization. Apart from this the report will focus on the
implementation of Big Data analytics associated with the organization. The report has explained
the big data implementation within the organization properly. Apart from this the report will also
discuss the major limitations of big data. The future expectations of the organization is also being
discussed in this report. Lastly the report will propose a recommendation for implementing the
big data within the organization Crystalnix.
About Crystalnix
Crystalnix is an IT based company that was developed in the year 2008 by two C++
developers, Dmitry Lyfar and Roman Kudiyarov. The company is having its headquarter in
Auckland, New Zealand. The main focus of the organization is to develop website and mobile
application towards the company. However, the organization has gained maximum benefit with
the product services provided towards the customer. The company also provides information
regarding technology services and telecommunication services that are offered by the
organization. Apart from this it becomes important to manage the IT security services and media
management that are related to the applications offered by the organization. The main objective

of the organization is to know the needs of their customer and deliver products according to their
needs. However, with the implementation of big data analytics it becomes easy to create a
blueprint vision for the market of Crystalnix. The organization is focusing entirely on providing
a cloud solution to other companies and other users associated with the market. The organization
is serving the clients through New Zealand and Australia. The company is looking for expanding
their business in neighboring country so that they can spread all over the world. In addition to
this the company is also offering several IT solutions throughout the country (Barkham, Bokhari
and Saiz 2018). The organization has the capability to make relationships properly with the other
marketing companies. The organization officials need to start with informal chat so that clients
will be able to discuss about business issues.

2.1 Organization’s current IT infrastructure
The information system within the organization needs to be developer properly so that it
can be beneficial for the present-day New Zealand (NZ) society. This helps in identifying the
infiltration and immersion of data innovation that are associated with the frameworks within the
proficient, social, political and government circles in the society of New Zealand. This report
will address the positive impacts and negative impacts that are associated with the changes in IT.
This influences the working of the organization in various parts of New Zealand society

2018).
Big Data is utilized in these ways:
• Innovation of data and information for enhancement of recent logs security.
• Proper services to the sustainers in the industry, thus being profitable to them.
• Enrichment of management through customer’s online data’s acknowledgment.

3.2 Recommendation for the use of Big Data
With the use of big data in the organization the opportunities related to the organization
will get developed. In the organization Crystalnix, the reason behind big data is that it will
ensure proper growth of the business. This will help in increasing the level of the business and
will attract more customer. However, it is observed that the organization does not have any
proper strategy that will help in the development of the big data analytics in the Crystalnix. Thus,
it is suggested that development of big data analytics will help in developing a proper
relationship between the customer and the organization. With the use of big data analytics, the
organization will be able to focus on customer-centric outcomes in the market. However, it
becomes important for the organization Crystalnix to focus entirely on the services provided to

that are associated with the organization. This will help the organization to overcome the

concern raised by the customer and never bothered to evaluate their feedback. This was one of
the reasons behind the failure of maintaining proper relationship between the customer and
organization. Thus, it is suggested that implementing this strategy will help in developing a
string relationship with the customers.
It is observed that different sources are reporting the same concern related to the
management of information within the organization Crystalnix. The organization has gained
huge benefit with the use of big data analytics. This has offered the creation of blueprint within
the organization (Yin and Kaynak 2015). Organization should focus on analysis of information
and data associated with the organization. The company should also focus on improving the
growth of the approach so that they can help in proper maintenance of the organization.
Crystalnix needs to start with existing database that is present within the database. It helps in
examining the situation of real-world results that are obtained from customers.
Big data analytics are used for the purpose of providing feedback so that the customer
base can be developed properly without any error. Apart from this the organization needs to
focus on the financial services that are offered and needs proper promotional activities. Thus, it
is important to ensure that proper customer view is being gathered before declaring any results
(Hilbert 2016). Big data analytics helps in collecting the data and information after reviewing
the market conditions. The organization needs to maintain a proper database regarding the
