Extensive intensity conflict along with recurrent instability has been spanning the world along
with range of instability, which includes regions as well as states, which are not necessarily
indulged into institutional conflict rather than overt, consequently susceptible to shocks
(Bachmann, 2015). The array of threats have been associated with regional compulsion and
intrusive, transnational intimidation, health uncertainty in addition to exploitation of chemical as
well as other unconventional weaponries, enormous transposition of residents and devastating
humanitarian crises which have been giving rise to complex functioning environment. The report
will critically evaluate criticalities of civil war and inappropriate uses of technology in

politics. Reports have revealed that out of 200 nations worldwide, there are presently 30 civil
