Area of personal development
The areas of personal development that is considered in the case are as follows: -
Discovering and developing talents: It have been seen that discovering and developing
talents have been acting important in management process. This section ensures the fact
that the team development have been one of the major aspect of managers. Team

development acts as one of the major aspect that have been resulting in bettering of
operational process. In case of developing a team, one of the major aspect that is to be
considered is that there is a need of discovering new talents. Discovering new talents
have been a challenge to me. One needs to have a proper assessment of the skill sets that
the employees possesses in order to analyze the talents of the employees (Rathore &
Pandey, 2018). After discovering of talents, one of the major aspect that is to be
considered is that proper developing the same is required as well. This is one of the major
benefit that is considered in the process (Kellner, Chew & Turner, 2018). Proper training
is to be provided to the employees in order to develop the employees. This developing of
the employees will be increasing the efficiency of the working process. As I have least
experience in team development the talent development is a quality that I would like to
instil in me.
Increasing self confidence: It can be stated that the working process that I follow is
generally data oriented and hence wise in case the data is not provided I lack in having
confidence in decision making. This is the major aspect that is to be considered (Kumar,
2019). It can be stated that with an increase in self confidence the dependency on data
can be eliminated and decisions can be made in a better manner.
