introduced by the university for the students. This paper provides the view of the knowledge
gained and interesting things that are being learned from this course.
Reflection
Global management practice course is one of the most effective courses that help me to gain
suitable value on the working function of the international management system. Diversification
is one of the most vital things in the global management practice (Kerzner, 2018). It helps me to
understand the need for diversification within the firm and also the process of managing the
diversified people in the global context. In this context, I have learned about the practical
wisdom which is essential for the management practice in globally. The phronesis is the
concerned about the actions of the management understand a specific situation (Lester, Virick, &
Clapp-Smith, 2016). This taught us to enhance the practical wisdom for presenting effective as
well as ethical managers within the international firm. I have learned from this course in the
process of focusing. This helps me effectively to understand the process that how to make the
consumers focus on the ideas of the firm. This is vital for the global management practice to
communicate effectively with the consumers and provide them the most effective products and
services in the field. The innovation type that is the product innovation, as well as the process
innovation, is also effective to make the customers focus on the relevant idea of the firm (Binder,
2016). This subject is quite interesting and this helps me to develop various skill regarding the
global management working process.
This course helps me to learn about the 5+1 keystone of the innovative behavior in the process of
international management practice within the firm. The five plus one behavior are the focus, then
connect, tweak, select, stealth storm and persist (Pruitt, & Pinter-Wollman, 2015). These phases
help me to understand the different techniques and patterns that are used to maintain the
customers. In the second phase that is connected is done to achieve suitable and effective ideas
for the firm. The connection is regarding the people to the world than to their colleagues and also
to the new as well as the unrelated world. The various interesting thing that I have learned from
this course is the fact regarding the intellectual capital. The intellectual capital of the firm is the
human capital along with the structural capital of the organization (Ratnam et al., 2014). I have

also learned the six main KM process along with the phases of the KM project. The most
interesting thing that I have learned from this course is the fact that knowledge is also linked
with the profitability in the firm. The third process is the tweak where the assist is provided to
the people for the improvement of the ideas. In this, the project for the Cable Marketplace helps
me to understand the entire process in the global management of the firm.
The entire course also made me understand regarding the process of making the people suitable
and effective gatekeeper. It provides the view of the power of elimination in the organization.
The elimination power helps to maintain the working function of the firm and allow the global
management to effectively perform their activity (Gu, Crane, Hornberger, & Carrico, 2015).
Then the knowledge of stealth storm is also provided in this course and it is effectively
determining the working condition of the firm. Managing the power game within the strategic
conversation in the firm is an effective way to maintain the management in the international field
(Orozco, Tarhini, & Tarhini, 2015). The program on the global management has changed my
thinking pattern on the practice and the job that is being performed by the managers in the
international level. It effectively allows me to develop the view of the suitable working function
of the managers and the management team at the international level. The creation of the effective
incentive system is one of the major tasks that is being performed by the global management
(Paulraj, Chen, & Blome, 2017). This process effectively helps me to understand the incentive
system and the process which it is provided to the employees all over the world. It is the most
effective and the suitable course for every student to understand the activity of the management
along with the managers in the global context.
I previously had believes that the management practice is the most crucial activity that is being
performed by the managers. In the global context also this process is quite difficult for the firm
to perform their activity within the field. This course further helps me to strengthen my
knowledge on the global management practice and therefore no further conflict has arrived. This
entire course has effectively provided me with the view that global management practice is vital
for the firm and this helps them to maintain the employees as well as the customers along with
the product and the service of the organization. This course helps me to gather knowledge for my
future activity in the field and also it assist me to gain an idea of the working process of the
managers. It became vital for me to develop my working skill and also my knowledge on the

process and for that this course is one of the best course that I have performed till date. All the
steps and the activity that is being provided within this course is the best and this helps me to
develop my skill and also my knowledge on the process and the various phases that are being
followed by the management team within the international market. Maintaining the global team
is crucial and this course effective help to understand the way of performing the steps.
