The paper effectively provides reflection on the global management practice course that has been
introduced by the university for the students. This paper provides the view of the knowledge
gained and interesting things that are being learned from this course.
Reflection
Global management practice course is one of the most effective courses that help me to gain
suitable value on the working function of the international management system. Diversification
is one of the most vital things in the global management practice (Kerzner, 2018). It helps me to
understand the need for diversification within the firm and also the process of managing the
diversified people in the global context. In this context, I have learned about the practical
wisdom which is essential for the management practice in globally. The phronesis is the
concerned about the actions of the management understand a specific situation (Lester, Virick, &
Clapp-Smith, 2016). This taught us to enhance the practical wisdom for presenting effective as
well as ethical managers within the international firm. I have learned from this course in the
process of focusing. This helps me effectively to understand the process that how to make the
consumers focus on the ideas of the firm. This is vital for the global management practice to
communicate effectively with the consumers and provide them the most effective products and
services in the field. The innovation type that is the product innovation, as well as the process
innovation, is also effective to make the customers focus on the relevant idea of the firm (Binder,
2016). This subject is quite interesting and this helps me to develop various skill regarding the
global management working process.
This course helps me to learn about the 5+1 keystone of the innovative behavior in the process of
international management practice within the firm. The five plus one behavior are the focus, then
connect, tweak, select, stealth storm and persist (Pruitt, & Pinter-Wollman, 2015). These phases
help me to understand the different techniques and patterns that are used to maintain the
customers. In the second phase that is connected is done to achieve suitable and effective ideas
for the firm. The connection is regarding the people to the world than to their colleagues and also
to the new as well as the unrelated world. The various interesting thing that I have learned from
this course is the fact regarding the intellectual capital. The intellectual capital of the firm is the
human capital along with the structural capital of the organization (Ratnam et al., 2014). I have

me to understand the entire process in the global management of the firm.
The entire course also made me understand regarding the process of making the people suitable
and effective gatekeeper. It provides the view of the power of elimination in the organization.

incentive system is one of the major tasks that is being performed by the global management
