INTRODUCTION
Environmental Law is explained as the collection of law and regulations which governs
that how any of the human should interact with environment. It is one of the most crucial law
which helps to protect the environment in different ways. Some of the area which it do covers are
related with use of natural resources, forest protection, pollutions, mineral harvesting and many
more. In this respective project, there will be brief discussion on “2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development”. Explanation will be there that how UN can work on this plan and agenda and
which area they should focus more so that their goals and targets can be accomplished in the
specific time period. This agenda will work in three different stages and they are economic,
social and environment.
MAIN BODY
“2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” was introduced by United Nations where
they have set seventeen different goals which they are willing to achieve till 2030. In this agenda,
they have decided that what are those area where they will focus more in order to protect the
environment. The adoption of the 2030 agenda is an landmark achievement where sustainable
development will be done equally in each and every area (The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development and the SDGs, 2019). This is one of those agenda where various issues will be
focus to resolved so that equal opportunities can be provided to everyone.
This is the agenda which has been included under International Law and due to which it
becomes important that everyone most follows it. If any of the person fails to perform there part
of work then they will be categorised in the category of defaulter. The main focus in this agenda
is that who they can end poverty and hunger by providing equal opportunities to each and every
person where it most be noted that planet should not be affected in any of the situation while
trying to accomplish the goals (Nilsson, Griggs and Visbeck, 2016). Also, they have focused that
how they can work ethically where local communities should not be hurt through which peace
can be maintained easily.
In present scenario, it has been found that people have been facing number of problem
where they are not being treated equally and due to which it becomes important that how that
promote gender equality. Also, human rights should not be affected while carrying on this whole
process. All of the nation has agreed on this agendas there local people and environment will be

benefited from it and even it is one of the most important sign in current development. The
wealth and power is increasing among the rich people and it is one of the biggest challenge that
how opportunities can be given to other people too. Unemployment is also one of the problem
which is creating the issues and if this things cannot be solved then huge difficulties might b
created in upcoming period of time (Anderson and et. al., 2017). In addition, there are lots of
other problem which can be seen such as change in climatic condition, water scarcity,
environmental degradation, land degradation and many more. All of this issues due have a great
impact on environment and even creating various problem for the planet.
As several problems are there so it becomes important for the community to come up
with several plans and policies so that issues can be resolved in best possible manner. Here, they
should focus more on laws and policies because that will have the very important role to play
and even option will also be available that chances of negative effect will automatically reduce
itself. Eduction can be provided to different people who lacks the knowledge in different filled
and it can be one of the best alternate option to reduce any sort of problem. This agenda can be
fulfilled, if community can focus that how they are going to prepare the plans and policies for the
proper use of natural resources. Pollution is increasing day by day and that is one of the reason
that that availability of fresh drink water is reducing so it is necessary that member should work
hard to prepare the plan and policies where waste materials should be recycled so that chances of
obtaining the better result can increase.
Nowadays, opportunities are not being giving to every people due to which it is found
that level of poverty is increasing and even it becomes important that how in 2030 agenda they
can sort out this sort of problem. Although, it is never an easy task to sort out all of this work but
still work can be done in many of the areas through which positive results can be obtained. All of
this target can be achieved only if proper plans and policies can be formed and all of those work
must be conducted in systematic manner (Jomo and et. al., 2016). Work is needed to be done that
how inequality can be reduces among several countries so that equal opportunities can be given
to everyone. Hunger among of the poor people should be removed and for that they should
generate more job opportunities because that can be very effective in achieving positive results.
In addition, they can even focus on sustainable agriculture because that does help to bring out the
positive outcomes for different age group who are not well educated.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above explanation that 2030 agenda is not that easy as lots of
trouble might occur in different stage. If United Nations is willing to achieve this targets, it is
necessary for them to work on different grounds in which they need to find that how they can
prepare the best plans and policies so that problem can be solved goals can be accomplished. In
this agenda, equal support from all of the nation will play the important role because it will
automatically reduce the burden in many of the field.

INTRODUCTION
Global Pact for Environment is one of the most important topic in current scenario where
main goal is to protect and preserve the environment. The whole agenda says about the problem
which are been seen just because of the misuse of natural things. In this particular project, the
focus will be on the topic that what are the main agenda of Global Pact For Environment and
what are the main area where they will focus more to achieve the goals and targets. In addition, it
will be also explained that who can take the major responsibility in it so that further proceedings
can be done and managed easily.
MAIN BODY
The Global Pact for the environment was introduced by United Nation where as it is
proposed by the president of France (Environment – Global Pact project. 2019.). Here, president
have worked harder to find that what can be the main reason that environment is being affected
day by day and because of that number of people are suffering. The Global Pact For
Environment has been included in international environmental law which means each and every
nations has to work on it and must try to conserve the nature.
Firstly, it is necessary for United Nation that they should work on the grounds to find the
actual reason that is being faced by the environment. They are also required to work on the area
that what are main causes that ecology system is affected. Who should take the responsibilities
to manage any of the task to preserve the environment. All of this work is only possible when
proper plans and policies can be formed. As, it has been included in internation law of
environment, it becomes necessary that committee should be formed who will take the charge to
find about the actual facts that which area is mostly affected just because of misuse of
conservation area. The ultimate effect is found upon planet where biodiversity is decreasing day
by day.
There are altogether twenty-five articles in this whole environmental where it clearly says
that what are the things which they will like to do in order to protect the diversity. The article
says that it is the responsibility of every member that they must focus on the work which they do
because everyone requires the environment to survive within this universe. Article clearly
clarifies that people do have the right to do the work so that they can survive within this world
but still they need to ensure that for there personal benefits they are never allowed to harm the

ecology system. Everyone has got the equal responsibility to take care of environment and if in
case they founds that environment is being affected then they can take solve out the issues with
the legal proceedings.
In current period of time, it has been found that animals are facing the number of problem
just because of use of plastics. It is one of the serious problem which is needed to be solved.
Thousands of creatures are being died everyday just because of the consumption of plastics (A
Global Pact for the Environment: Conceptual foundations, 2019). The committee has been trying
their best that how they can introduce new plans and policies so that proper results can be seen in
shorter period of time. For example: Everyone knows that there are thousands of side effects of
plastics but still they are not trying to do any of the thing through which its use can be reduced
but if it can be done then it will help to save the life of animals through which ecosystem will
not be affected.
Whenever this sort of problem is problem is needed to be solved, it is necessary that
proper eduction should be given to every people by making them clear that there single mistake
can create the huge problem for the upcoming generation. Also, efforts of every individual do
plays the crucial role to protect the environment because they can they themselves need to
understand that there single mistake can cause the bigger issues for each and every person.
Secondly, there are multiple number of industries which are producing number of products but
during all this procedure they needed to ensure that they are not going to harm the environment
for there personal benefits.
Additionally, all of this problem can be solved through number of ways but still it
becomes important that new laws and policies should be formed because there single mistake
might create number of problem for others as well. They should amend or commence the new
laws and policies in which charges should be increased for every person who involves
themselves in creating the pollutions. Nowadays, cinema is playing the crucial role to bring some
of the changes in the society so it will greater step that UN trying to convince some of the flim
industry people to bring some of those films in the market that can delivers the knowledge that
how important is it to save the nature in current period of time.
This are some of the main things which will be focused and even need to be focused by
the member of United Nations because they are the one who have been showing their efforts to
bring out the best result for the society.

Simply, from the above facts and law, it is understandable that how important it is to
preserve to ecology and for that efforts are required to be put by every person. United Nations
have introduced the law under international law but it is only possible when everyone will try to
work according to the plans as policies. All of the people need to understand that whenever they
does any of the work that must be according to jurisdiction and even it must not harm or damage
the environment because small mistakes can also cause the great problem in future period of
time.
