Brief statement of the problem
There are various companies in all over the world that have established its business globally
without full comprehension of the outcomes. Global project management is the concept that
provides number of benefits as well as challenges to the companies (Gemünden, 2015). ESI
International is the company that provides the training and consulting in project management,
business skills, program management and contract management (Ranker, n.d.). The location of
diverse global teams would have a noteworthy influence on the execution of the project.
However, ESI International has given professional training to more than 950,000 professionals in
all over the world but it can face some major issue due to diversity because the communication
and thinking style is different from other which may raise the concern for the company (Geppert,
Matten, and Williams, 2016).
The main aim of this research in to investigate the number of challenges and opportunities in
company due to diversity. The objective of this research to resolve the issues of global project
management worldwide by making efficient to ESI International company as it is well known
company to provide training. It can be sought out with the help of problem solving methods.

Methodology is the significant part of the research. Mixed research method has been chosen to
complete the research in which qualitative as well as quantitative data has been utilized to get
better outcomes (Wilson, 2016). Quantitative research includes the numeric data on which
statistical calculations are made to get the effective conclusion. Qualitative research is the

draw the significant conclusion.
Qualitative data: it is helped to gather the information about the selected topic with quality. It
has been opted for this research as it allows evaluating the issues in global project management
at ESI International Company. It is effective method because the framework and evaluation can
be revised by researcher with the help of this method in case of making changes.
Quantitative data: it involved numerical data regarding the selected topic which helps to draw
the efficient calculation. The worth calculations can be drawn with the help of this method as it is
provided the data in the form of graphs and accurate percentage.

Secondary data is chosen for gathering the data regarding global project Management Company.
Secondary data is considered as the used material. It can be gathered from the articles,
newspaper, journals, online sources and books. It is the cost-efficient and time saving approach
which helps together the data in effective manner. The nature of the research is exploratory
research in which the problem solving methods will be discussed which can reduce the issues of
global project management within the organization (Zikmund, Babin, Carr & Griffin, 2010). The
collected data will be analyzed through data listing. The graphs will be presented to show the
quantitative data for describing in depth so that it could represent effectively and easy to
understand by users. A brief explanation will be described under the ach graph to show the detail
of the graph that what it is describing and what will be it contribution to draw conclusion.
