Dissertation on Global Sourcing Challenges at MTN Accra-Ghana

This dissertation investigates the problems and challenges faced by Scancom Plc (MTN) in Accra-Ghana regarding global sourcing, focusing on IT infrastructure upgrades and reliable data/voice service provision. The research identifies issues such as technology limitations, management scarcity, production capacity, and international trade complexities.
